My compliments to you as you look like late 20's. You have you own ideas and you pass judgement on the president that could be one of the greatest ever. Only time will tell. If Paul is so great, why does he not do better in elections? Your view is not felt by many. If Obama is a phony then what was Bush? Look at Blackwater, the contracters in Iraq that killed innocent civillions and laughted. These are supposed to be religious men but they are murderers. These are Bush's men. If you want to get outraged try this topic on.

One problem Al, Obama hasn't fired Blackwater. Our tax dollars are still paying them to "keep order" in Iraq. And I am outraged. And please stop bringing your Obama vs Bush arguement here. It just doesn't make sense here and you've been doing it for almost a year now. We get it, Bush was horrible. I don't believe anyone on here EVER argued against that. It doesn't make Obama great, doesn't even make him good...It just makes him not Bush. You could say that Bush didn't have an affair in the White House and that makes him a better president than Clinton but I'm sure you would agree that it just doesn't hold water. Obama is spending out of control. He helped bail out the same people that put us in this financial mess to begin with. He's surrounded himself with a bunch of exwallstreeters...I know, I know...so did Bush.


And there are a lot of reasons that Ron Paul doesn't do well in elections (not counting the 10 times he's been elected to the U.S. House of Representatives). For one he doesn't take money from and bend over for corporate interest groups.

Second is that you have these corporate media outlets that have no independence and don't want to support someone that isn't "chosen" by one group or another. All they want is a good story, high ratings and to sell that corporate advertising. I like to compare the media to all these diet books. Just telling people that they need to get off their ass and eat less isn't going to sell many books.

And finally you have a corupt republican party who isn't going to support someone who doesn't bend over for the corporate interest groups standing behind them. And a third party isn't going to win a major election anytime soon.

The elections are dependent upon who is nominated. American public has no control over who is nominated or who is put on television for debates. They refused to give Ron Paul coverage - I suppose it was the Republic Party that chose with the Wall Street, International Financial Group promoters, Ron Paul has never promoted the interests of Wall Street over the Constitution nor has is he a proponent for the globalizaton of America. The heart of the Republic Party hearkens to whoever pays the most money.

If popular vote was the only determining factor in choosing presidential candidates Ron Paul would have run for president and, I think, would have won.

The main difference between Bush and Obama is their skin color. They have the same foreign and economic advisors, hence their foreign and economic policies are the same -- "SPEND like there's no tomorrow" and "say whatever you have to say to get elected" - and instigate as many wars in the Middle East as you can get away with"

Obama will prove hundreds of times worse than Bush because of the socialistic BIG government acceptance of the Democratic Party and its historical lack of will to confront or entertain independent thinking. By the end of Obama's term, unless there is some major opposition to stop him, we can expect the following -

Value of American dollar will plummet

prices will SKYROCKET , American dollar will be worthless and our salaries will not pay for food or fuel

police state brought in to quell rioting of angry, hungry citizens, burdened with taxes and too low salaries

police state brought in to silence dissenters

Many even fear even darker consequences:

police state brought in to force upon those who refuse federally mandated vaccines

tainted vaccines will be forced on the world population which will cause an outbreak of an even more fatal virus causing deaths of hundreds of millions. (Very similar to how the AIDs tainted polio vaccines in Africa led to outbreak of AIDS in Africa.) Reducing world population is a very real goal for the foreign nationals who pull Obama's strings.

Bleak outlook if Obama is not brought under control by our legislators / Right now Obama is being controlled by the multinational corporations, investors, bankers that are controlled by a desire to dominate the global economy and have the money to do it.

We have much to fear from an Obama who is not responsive to the American constitution or American protest and dissent or his own campaign promises. We need to pray for our legislators that they will stand strong demanding he do the will of the American people and NOT the will of Wall Street and the foreign multinationals.

You better believe I posted like a torrent opposing Bush's policies. It was opposing Bush that got me interested in the political process. There was a torrent of opposition against Bush but those stuck in the "liberal/conservative" mindset links anyone who opposes Bush as a liberal and anyone who opposes Obama is racist or right winger. You and millions of other Americans must come out of the box and venture beyond sterotypical labels.

There is a bigger world than "Republican" and "Democrat" and trying to fit everyone into your very limited views of the words just isn't going to work any longer because America is going through a revolution of thought and the decision to restore our free republic based upon individualistic constitutional government is becoming louder. The only label to be concerned about is whether we're holding true to American individualistic principles.

Allegiance to the Constitution and religious tolerance are paramount to a free republic. This includes allowing teachers to carry Bibles and allowing students to view the 10 Commandments. Imagine living in a land where its illegal to carry a bible and illegal to put into view the 10 commandments. What have we turned into?

And the reason why I started supporting Ron Paul was because he was the only person running that was against war and promised to get our troops home...not just the Iraq war but Afghanistan as well. Obama still has our troops there and is sending more and more into Afghanistan everyday. How many troops have to die there before you are outraged? But go ahead and tell me something like not as many troops will die under Obama than died under Bush and that makes it OK.

Do you knw how many people think like you, not enough. It will take lots of money and a lot of influential people to even get it started and like I said, almost impossible. What is it you want the government to do? I am a Democrat and I like the idea of helping those that need help in this country. You sound like a Republican and you talk a little nonsense with your secession talk. I suggest you move to a country that has a small amount of people and start your own society and bring all those that think like you along! Start with the Govenor of Texas.

How is it that many poor people get totally free medical services, food, housing and yet my

I don't know why big allen likes to come to the Ron Paul blogs. He voted for Obama, so why is he here?? I tried the same thing with him last year as well as others discussing what is really happening but he could be a gov blogger? Not sure but like I said before he voted for Obama. I personally am not concerned about 'big allen' but speaking to his line of thought. It's all very educational, I love conversing with liberals because it widens my perception and broadens my angles of argument and persuasion. Obama supporters haven't a leg to stand on. This guy [Obama] has done very little of what he promised he would do and has proven to have a set agenda that he's going to push through no matter what.

Supporting Obama means supporting an agenda that no American would have dreamt up. Obama's not being dictated by the will of the people nor is he protecting the security of the people. He's got an agenda and its the agenda of the same Wall Street globalists that got him elected. He received more Wall Street money than any other presidential candidate in history. They didn't put him where he is to cater to the will or security of the American people, he's a puppet for the NWO globalists

I've spoken to enough Obama supporters to know that they know nothing. They get all their information from TV and don't have a clue of what is really going on. Repeating philanthropic slogans like "everyone deserves healthcare" that covers up the real intent of government takeover and ownership of our economic system. I'm so glad and thank God that so many Democrats are aware and are taking a stand of opposition to Obama's leadership. Thank God for independent thinkers and curse those party loyalists who stand by party lines and leadership no matter what.
