It is fun trying to pick a VP, but I am sure Dr. Paul will have little trouble selecting a running mate that is his philosophical match and someone that will and to the ticket politically.

More than anything, I think a person of know integrity will be his choice.

You're right, Jimmy. A candidate usually picks a running mate who will balance the party's ticket and enhance the duo's chances to prevail in the general election. He might choose a running mate who is popular in a region where he is not for "balance," or of another race to appeal to that bloc, or he may tap a partner who has a different ideological framework to "balance" things.

I can't see Dr. Paul considering any such transparent expedient in making his choice. Rather, he will do what's right, as usual. He'll pick someone of unquestioned integrity who agrees with his platform wholeheartedly...even if he's a guinea from New Jersy. tongue
