MINUTEMEN LEAD THE WAY!
The first weekend of operations saw advanced teams with more than 85 Minutemen
set up base camps in AZ, CA and TX and Minutemen have once again begun setting
up border watch lines and observations posts for the October Muster. This first
wave of Minutemen who have driven from Florida, Idaho, Colorado, Washington
State, Oklahoma and Alabama are paving the way for more volunteers to come to
the border and aid in the security of America!

Already six illegal aliens have been observed and apprehended by Border Patrol.
Crossings in our area are down a whopping 40% thanks to the continued efforts of
volunteers and the Border Patrol that is apprehending many before they make it
ten miles north.

Minutemen have also brought with them some new tools. They have greatly improved
their Arizona operations with the addition of a new Communications tower.

This tower has quadrupled the radio coverage that the Minutemen command. It will
allow more seamless communication over vastly larger distances than before.

The Minutemen have also upgraded their night vision capabilities. With their new
scopes they are able to see 3x farther than before. The night wonâ??t be as safe
for illegal intruders anymore!

State of the art equipment has been donated to and by Minutemen Volunteers just

We watch them campaign, we vote for them and put them in office. Then we sit back and complain that they're all crooks, liars and deviants. Sometimes it just doesn't pay to run one of the most powerful nations in the world.

Can you imagine working for a company that has a little more than 500 employees and has the following statistics:

*29 have been accused of spousal abuse
*7 have been arrested for fraud
*19 have been accused of writing bad checks
*117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at leased 2 businesses
*3 have done time for assault
*71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
*14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
*8 have been arrested for shoplifting
*21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
*84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

The same group of Idiots that crank out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us in line.

If you watch the news on any given day in the United States, the claims of this chain are easy to believe. Sexual imposition, corrupt financial wrangling, drunk driving, even murder - elected officials have done it all.

The list above was derived from a series of articles in Capitol Hill Blue, a web-based anti-establishment publication. The letter above does not make a distinction between being accused of a crime and being convicted of it. While the original articles provided information that supposedly validated the claims, they also twisted the facts to make the intended point.

At the very least, we can dismiss this one as out-dated. It originated in 1999. Because the members change every 2 years, Congress today has a largely different membership than it did when this chain was written, so even if these numbers had some validity to begin with, it would be all but gone now.

This chain is popular because we want it to be true. Most Americans feel their elected officials are snakes and weasels. We voted them into office, gave them their jobs and the power that comes with it, and they abuse that power. We feel the fool, so we paint a mental image of a ruthless scoundrel and crook who tricked us into trusting him, thus relieving ourselves of blame. Maybe this letter says as much about us as it does our elected leaders. Break this Chain.

"I am here to inform Ron Paul fans," writes Murphy "that 'the market' ? the gambling Web site Intrade.com ? says his chances of winning the GOP nomination are now 6.1%. In contrast, McCain's chances are 5.4%, and Huckabee's a meager 3.2%.

"Beyond the fact that Ron Paul is now in fourth place ? and being ahead of McCain, is now surely a 'real' candidate ? is his meteoric rise since late May.

"To make sense of all this, let me briefly explain how Intrade works. It is fashioned after a futures market (such as in oil or pork bellies), where participants can buy or sell contracts contingent on future events.

"Now in the case of the '2008.GOP.NOM.PAUL' contract, the buyer pays $6.10 for a contract entitling him to a $100 payoff if Ron Paul gets the Republican nomination.

"In contrast, the seller of this contract receives $6.10, but might have to pay out the $100 if Paul gets the nomination. Obviously, if Ron Paul doesn't get nominated, then the buyer of the contract gets nothing ? he's out his $6.10 ? and the seller gets to pocket the $6.10."

These are real trades. With real money? or at least, real paper money. Murphy: "There's a lot of actual money on the table saying that Ron Paul is indeed a contender for the GOP nomination."

We need to get the word out to everyone in New Hampshire and New York, that their deadline to register as a Republican to vote for Ron Paul has been moved up to October 12th.

We need to try to make sure people Know. I was thinking we can try to post it any place we can find to let people know, but we need to not be annoying about it and tick people off.

It would be great if we see an issue to relates to Ron Paul, to mention Ron Paul's stance and how people can benefit from his policies.
