Subject: Fw: Nancy Pelosi
You aren't going to believe this. Madam speaker Nancy Pelosi wants to put a Windfall tax on all stock market profits (including Retirement fund, 401K's and Mutual Funds! alas it is true. all to help the 12 Million Illegal Immigrants and other unemployed Minorities! Boy, are we in trouble... This woman is frightening. Take special note of the last paragraph. Is she really this whacked out? Nancy Pelosi condemned the new record highs of the stock market as 'just another example of Bush policies helping the rich get richer'. 'First Bush cut taxes for the rich and the economy has rebounded with new record low unemployment rates, which only means wealthy employers are getting even wealthier at the expense of the underpaid working class'. She went on to say 'Despite the billions of dollars being spent in Iraq our economy is still strong and government tax revenues are at all time highs. What this really means is that business is exploiting the war effort and working Americans, just to put money in their own pockets'. When questioned about recent stock market highs she responded 'Only the rich benefit from these record highs. Working Americans, welfare recipients, the unemployed and minorities are not sharing in these obscene record highs'. 'There is no question these windfall profits and income created by the Bush administration need to be taxed at 100% rate and those dollars redistributed to the poor and working class'. 'Profits from the stock market do not reward the hard work of our working class who, by their hard work, are responsible for generating these corporate profits that create stock market profits for the rich. We in congress will need to address this issue to either tax these profits or to control the stock market to prevent this unearned income to flow to the rich.' When asked about the fact that over 80% of all Americans have investments in mutual funds, retirement funds, 401K's, and the stock market she replied 'That may be true, but probably only 5% account for 90% of all these investment dollars. That's just more 'trickle down' economics claiming that if a corporation is successful that everyone from the CEO to the floor sweeper benefit from higher wages and job security which is ridiculous'. 'How much of this 'trickle down' ever get to the unemployed and minorities in our county? None, and that's the tragedy of these stock market highs.' 'We democrats are going to address this issue after the election when we take control of the congress. We will return to the 60% to 80% tax rates on the rich and we will be able to take at least 30% of all current lower Federal Income Tax tax payers off the roles and increase government income substantially. We need to work toward the goal of equalizing income in our country and at the same time limiting the amount the rich can invest.' When asked how these new tax dollars would be spent, she replied ; ; 'We need to raise the standard of living of our poor, unemployed and minorities. For example, we have an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in our country who need our help along with millions of unemployed minorities. Stock market windfall profits taxes could go a long ways to guarantee these people the standard of living they would like to have as 'Americans'.' |

WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP THE RON PAUL CAMPAIGN Updated 2007 July 20. Some will say that Ron Paul cannot be elected because he is not well known. It is true that he is not well known, but what these nay-sayers don't realize is that it is possible to MAKE him well known between now and election time, even without the mass media. Therefore, the best way to help his campaign is to focus on gaining wide recognition of his name and platform. A growing number of Americans are disgusted with partisan politics, and they are increasingly fed up with both mainstream parties. This provides us with an opportunity to advance the theme that "the Party is over. It's time to return to sound principles and restore the Republic." This can be said in many ways, but it must be said over and over. It is a powerful concept that the average voter will embrace. For example, one slogan could be: "Ron Paul is the ONLY candidate who can win for America." If asked what that means, we should explain that other candidates may win for the Republican or Democrat Party, but only Ron Paul can win for America. Another appropriate slogan could be: "Restore the 2-party system. Vote for Ron Paul." The possibilities are endless. WE ARE THE CAMPAIGN Ron Paul spoke to supporters in Phoenix on June 10 and laid out the plan for his campaign. The first thing to know about it is that WE are the campaign. In other words, it is up to us to take the initiative, to form local teams of volunteers, to generate materials, and to reach out to the voters. His campaign headquarters can provide assistance and guidance, but it's up to us to make it work. This is truly a grass roots effort like no other in political history. It is being organized, not from the top down, but from the bottom up. Here is Ron Paul's checklist of things to do: 1. Get on the Internet and sign up with the campaign at http://www.RonPaul200... . 2. Register as a Republican so you can vote for him in the primary election. 3. Sign into a local Ron Paul "meetup group" on the Internet. In the Google search field, type "Ron Paul meetup" and, when the Meetup window appears, enter your zip code. That will take you to the nearest existing group. If there is none close to you, get one started. This is important, because these are the grass roots version of local campaign headquarters. 4. Donate money to the national headquarters for TV advertising. If you sell DVDs, t-shirts, stickers, etc., use the profit to produce more promotional material and donations to the campaign. 5. Vote in Internet straw polls to make sure Ron Paul appears favorably on the charts. 6. Research how to become elected as a GOP delegate in your state. If we don't have pro-Paul delegates, he won't be nominated by the GOP, and the show is over. We must start thinking about who we're going to tap for these roles by December. The following links connect to additional information on this important step. http://www.freedomsph... . How to become a delegate in your state: http://restoretherepu... . 7. Keep up a steady stream of letters to editors and calls to talk radio programs emphasizing that Ron Paul is the only candidate who can win for America. 8. Generate as many Ron Paul Republican voters as possible. Make sure everyone knows where to vote. Make sure they have a ride. Get them to commit early by offering them a button, bumper sticker, or yard sign. These are all available on the Internet. 9. It is not too early to begin organizing committees to monitor the election to catch and expose tampering through electronic vote machines and ballot scanners. If we cannot get our local election comissions to use paper ballots that can be hand counted, then exit polls may be our only recourse. For more information and guidance on this vital process, contact Vicky Karp who heads up The coalition for Visible Ballots. She can be reached at karp@mail.com. 10. The primaries begin in January with the early states being Iowa, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Carolina and Florida. Naturally, we'll want to focus all the power we can muster on those states, because that will make the greatest national impact. If we do our job right, the big-name campaigns will not be any better organized than we are ? perhaps not as well. They may have the money and the media, but we have the manpower. 11. Perhaps the greatest boost you can give to the Ron Paul campaign is to run for office yourself or convince a friend to do so! If Ron is elected, he will not be able to accomplish much without support from Congress and the Senate. Having many candidates running on a Ron Paul-like platform at all levels of government right down to City Hall will help Ron also, because it will demonstrate the wide support and respect he has. The Freedom Force strategy calls for freedom-loving citizens with no axe to grind except the defense of liberty to acquire influence within the power centers of society. Running for office on a platform based on The Creed of Freedom is the ultimate implementation of that strategy. |

This is a great story:
Raymond Slapping Down "The Entire GOP Establishment" Wed Jul 18, 11:45 AM ET The Nation -- There is no question that Americans are frustrated with the current Congress. Polls suggest that approval ratings for the U.S. House and Senate are even more dismal than those for President Bush -- although not quite so bad as for Vice President Cheney. ADVERTISEMENT But are Americans merely frustrated with the current Democratic leadership of the House and Senate, or are they disenchanted, as well, with the leaders of the Republican caucuses? An indication of the indignation with Republican leaders came from a unique Georgia special election Tuesday, in which two Republicans ran against one another. Under Georgia law, candidates of all parties run together in primaries to fill open House seats. Then the top two finishers -- no matter what their partisan affiliation -- face each other in a runoff. In the overwhelmingly Republican district of the late Congressman Charlie Norwood, primary voting last month produced a run-off featuring two conservative Republicans. That's where things got interesting -- and instructive. The frontrunner in the primary voting in north Georgia's 10th district, former state Sen. Jim Whitehead, was the consensus choice of the Republican establishment. Whitehead essentially promised to be a rubberstamp for the Bush White House and Republican leaders in Congress. His opponent, Paul Broun, was a quirky physician who claims to be "the only doctor in Georgia whose practice is almost exclusively house calls." A frequent candidate who was very much on the outs with party insiders, Broun barely squeaked into the run-off and most pundits stopped paying attention to a race it was assumed Whitehead would win with ease. After all, Whitehead had represented much of the district in the legislature, he had a huge money advantage, and he enjoyed strong support from sitting Republican members of Congress and groups closely associated with the D.C. leadership of the party, such as the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Broun had little going for him, except his outsider status. His campaign appealed to disenchanted Republican, Democratic and independent voters with the message: "Dr. Broun is their only hope for an independent-thinking candidate." As Broun put it, he was "fighting the entire GOP establishment." That proved to be an appealing message. On Tuesday, Broun came from far behind to lead Whitehead by 394 after Tuesday night's count. The win came thanks to a remarkable coalition of very conservative voters in the rural counties of north Georgia, more liberal voters in Athens -- the home of the University of Georgia -- and African Americans. With such a close result, a recount is likely. But Broun's come-from-behind win is likely to hold, and it is already being described by Georgia media as a "stunning upset." What message can be taken away from this result? Given a choice between two conservative candidates, Georgia voters were asked: Do you want a candidate of the GOP establishment who promises to work with Republican leaders in Congress, or do you want an outsider who promises to go to Washington without strings attached? As evidence of his independence, Broun emphasized a Ron Paul-like committed to "work to restore government according to the Constitution as our Founders intended." While the Georgia appears to be a more cautious constitutionalist than the maverick Texas congressman who is making a longshot bid for the party's presidential nomination in 2008, Broun borrowed one of the most popular of Paul's principles, promising that if elected he would assess any new legislation by first asking: "Is it constitutional and a proper function of government?" No one was going to confuse Broun with a liberal, but he did display a Paul-like libertarian streak, suggesting that the federal government ought to stay away away from issues gay marriage and legalizing marijuana -- matters that the candidate suggested are best handled at the state level. "I believe in the 10th Amendment to the United States Constitution, which clearly says that all powers not specifically given to the federal government, or prohibited by the Constitution to the states, are reserved to the states and the people," Broun said. "I am not a person who believes that our lives should be controlled by politicians in Washington. I do not believe that the states are merely administrative units of the federal government, to do its bidding." Whitehead responded by attacking Broun, using the standard anti-gay, anti-crime rhetoric of the party's congressional leadership. It didn't work. And there is a lesson here for those who suggest that the dip in the popularity of Congress is merely a problem for Democrats. The disdain for Washington's way of doing things appears to be bipartisan. |

You are about to read and view video's you are not going to like. You will want to know who your enemy rally is.
Eat, think and sleep Dr Ron Paul, how to make him our next President or we are all "F" Psssssst Do Something. Raymond The Los Angeles Times reported it... And it had all the impact of a pebble thrown in the ocean. Who is the US's biggest real enemy in the Middle East in terms of actual violence and real attacks? Is it Iran? Syria? That's what the Bush lie machine would have you believe. Here's the real deal... From the LA Times report: "Although Bush administration officials have frequently lashed out at Syria and Iran, accusing it of helping insurgents and militias here, the largest number of foreign fighters and suicide bombers in Iraq come from a third neighbor, SAUDI ARABIA, according to a senior U.S. military officer and Iraqi lawmakers. About 45% of all foreign militants targeting U.S. troops and Iraqi civilians and security forces are from Saudi Arabia..." Saudi Arabia, the country that gave us 9/11 and Osama bin Laden. What's going on in this despotic country which occupies such a warm place in the heart of the Bush crime family (father and son)? In depth history and analysis you will NEVER see on US TV: http://www.brasscheck... - Brasscheck P.S. Please share Brasscheck videos and e-mails with friends and colleagues. That's how we grow. Why Ron Paul can win
I said "can." It's too soon to say "will." First, because all the major candidates are deeply flawed. Second, there are no good Republican candidates other than Ron Paul. Third, he would be running against Hillary, which means he starts with an automatic 45 percent of the vote. You only need 49 as Bill taught us. Fourth, he picks up those extra four points by outflanking Hillary on the war and on other issues that appeal to the left (drug war, financial populism, etc.). Fifth, the internet will play its biggest role ever in a national election and Ron is strong on the web. Sixth, any joint appearance will reveal a man of substance versus a number of shallow sloganeers. (I think Obama would be the only other candidate who would even understand what Ron is saying, not because he is obtuse but because he?s not!) Sixth, contrary to what Rothbard called the Whig theory of history, things aren't always steadily improving. Sometimes, often, history regresses sharply, and then suddenly rebounds to a sane state of affairs. We've been on this imperial, welfare-warfare, corporate state road now for 110 years. It's time for a very sharp correction. Okay, I thought of two more. Seventh, he will be the only libertarian in a crowded field in New Hampshire, the most libertarian state in the Northeast. Eighth, many of the coastal pundits who will dismiss him are out of touch with the heartland. Even in Buffalo, a capital of big government liberalism, Ron will have lots of support. It's the site of an ongoing, libertarian-inspired tax revolt. |

From my very good friend Mike Golden. As you can all see, in the very near future, the IRS will be history.
Raymond Heads up: Please keep this going: Hauert was indicted on five counts Se. 7203 WILLFUL FAILURE etc. Hauert wanted to know the OFFENCE statute he was accused of violating and would be pleading guilty to. He wanted to know the particular statute that made him the person required to pay the income tax. His attorney (addressing the judge) "The prosecution has been trying to get my client to plea bargain. My client is interested but has a few demands of the prosecution in order to understand the charges and determine the potential guilt. He has a serious question that nobody will address. Will the court entertain that question?" Judge: "Certainly." Hauert: "Your honor, Section 7203 of the I.R. Code is a DIS-CIPLINARY STATUTE. It defines the penalty for someone who has broken the law. I need to know the underlying offense statute that is used to determine if I am the "any person" required to file. The term "any person" is ambiguous. Judge: "I don't know what he is asking for.(Looking at Prosecutor) Do you know what he's asking for?" Prosecutor: "No, your honor, I don't know what he's asking for either." Judge: "I am not knowledgeable of every law and can't be." (Hey, isn't he presumed to to know the law?) Hauert: Could you please bring me the I.R. Code book with 7203 in it so I can show you what I am talking about. (note: the clerk brought in the I.R.Code book.) Judge: (Reading Sec. 7203) " Any person required under this title to pay any estimated tax or tax, or required by this title or by regulations made under authority thereof to make a return, keep any records, or supply any information, who willfully fails to pay such estimated tax or tax, make such return..." Judge: "Sounds clear to me." Note: (In the words of Hauert) "I looked at the prosecuting attorney and criminal investigator looking business-like and smiling confidently and I thought, these suckers have gotten to the judge." Hauert: "May I see the book? (Reading ) any person required by this Title...What I am asking is, what statute establishes the FACT that I am one of these "persons" required, by this title, to pay the tax? Where, exactly, in the Title is the offense defined, where am I made the subject of the tax?" Note: (In the words of Hauert: "I then handed the judge back the book. Looking perplexed, the judge read those words over and over again for what felt like an eternity.") Judge: "So what you're asking for, Mr. Hauert, is the Statute, referred to in Section 7203, that makes a person liable for the tax and subject to the penalties imposed by Section 7203?" Hauert: "Yes, that's what I have been asking the prosecutor for. I have also been asking the IRS the same question for several years and no one will give me the Statute of law that I am accused of breaking." Note: In one sentence that would destroy the government's entire case, Judge: "No problem, Mr. Proscutor, I'm sure that you can provide a copy of that statute." Prosecutor: (Stammering and stuttering) "Um, ohh.. I'm...uh.. not familiar with.. uh.. that part of the code." (With that, the Prosecutor lost his business like composure and the case was concluded. The prosecutor was ordered to find someone who knew which statute defined the offense.) Hauert's">Hauert's attorney then requested a Bill of Particulars, defining the specific offense statute that created the liability for Hauert to pay the income tax and file a 1040 Tax Retutn. A Bill of Particulars is a written statement of the SPECIFIC CHARGES agains the defendant. This switched the burden of proof back to the government to provide such a statute. After an extended period of time, the prosecution still could not supplt the court with the offense statute or regulation that made Tom Hauert (or any American Citizen) the person made liable to pay the S.1 graduated Income Tax (because no such statute exists). Hauert, therefore, filed for and was granted a dismissal! PLEASE SEND TO ALL PATRIOTS YOU KNOW AND GET BACK TO ME IF THEY CAN GET THE TRANSCRIPT AND OR MORE INFORMATION. i NEEDED IT TO GET TO WALT WHO IS IN PRISON. haggai7@your-net.com Bob O'Brien Remember this statement: "When the government fears the people, you have liberty. When the people fear the government [or the IRS, for that matter], you have Tyranny." (Thomas Jefferson, author of the Constitution of the United States) The less people know about what is really going on, the easier it is to wield power and authority. (Prince of Wales Charles) Thanks, Jack Bauer |
