I think is sends a very bad message to the RP volunteer nation that the campaign has not prioritized having someone here on a regular basis to communicate with us.

I originally asked for the candidate himself to occasionally make a cameo appearance here, and that was nixed--though I still think the general that is seen with his troops gets the best fight out of them.

I think it is becoming unconscionable that no one else from the campaign is here to communicate with us once in awhile.

We aren't asking for much--just to know that urgent questions can be answered fairly quickly for all to see.

Surely, at least a voluteer could liason here for us?

I offered my services in the capacity... but they seemed like they already had someone in mind for the job.

Over the past few months I have taking quite an intrest in Mr. Paul.

So before flooding the board with "no sence" threads I will ask here.

I would love to know about Ron Paul's position abouot certain issues...
Is there a place where I can go for this? Can i write it here? Email or something?

thank you :)

Congressman Ron Paul (R-Texas) is the leading advocate for freedom in our nation?s capital. As a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, Dr. Paul tirelessly works for limited constitutional government, low taxes, free markets, and a return to sound monetary policies. He is known among his congressional colleagues and his constituents for his consistent voting record. Dr. Paul never votes for legislation unless the proposed measure is expressly authorized by the Constitution.

Mr. X, the following link is a great source for platform and issues information. To present him questions, which you may or may not receive a timely response because the campaign is swamped right now (and that's a good thing), you can e-mail the campaign at mail@ronpaul2008.com.

I hope this helps.

Can we get a statement from the campaign on the executive order of the 17th that Bush issued allowing the seizure of assets for anyone who complains about the President's Iraq strategy?

Or, did I just miss it?...

I was told by someone that it wasn't passed yet. Now I'm confused. Got a link that states it was passed or in effect?
