here is another idea that I used, (may have already been used elsewhere,) and I think it will be very effective if people mind map off of this idea.
this is what I posted at a Nightclub and Bar website: start of message here: Tax FREE TIPS Act!! Ron Paul has introduced a bill to make Tips Non Taxable this means your tips would be exempt from taxes check out the speach here: http://www.lewrockwel... he is also running for Pres. of the U.S. and you can check out his stance on abolishing income tax, IRS, and Fed Reserve here: http://www.ronpaul200... end of message here I realize I could have done better, but think about these numbers. It has been less than 72 hours and it has had 82 hits. If 82 people heard this message, they are talking about it and planting a seed in the ears of people whose ears will be conditioned to perk up next time and the time after whenever the name RP comes up. Furthermore, those links posted there are live and take them directly to Ron Pauls page and to Lew Rockwell's page. These types of messages can be posted at gun enthusiasts, anti IRS/Int. Rev blog spaces, and the list goes on and on. There are also several petitions. Sign them all. Each person you tell about RP will tell at least 10 people who will tell 10 people, etc..................... One more thing. When I talk to people about RP who say, "yeah, he does'nt have a snowballs chance..." I tell them the only reason they believe that message is because the media is sending that message out and they say what they are told to say. But you are smarter than the media and can see through their little manipulation game. I am so proud to be a Paulite ![]() Andrea, Cayucos, Ca. |

Zogby has an online registration for their interactive polling.
Perhaps some Ron Paul supporters should register so they will be called. This would raise the awareness of the numbers of supporters that Ron Paul has. http://interactive.zo... With a simple click of a button, you too can join the millions of respondents who have taken Zogby International surveys. For years we've heard from you asking "Why don't you ever call me?" - Well, now, with the advancement of the Internet, you have the opportunity to let your opinion be known with the click of a button. We request that you fill out this registration form as honestly as possible. In order to safeguard the scientific accuracy of our online polls, you may be randomly chosen and telephoned as a quality control back-up and asked to repeat a couple of your answers - this maintains the accuracy of our polls. |

Support Ron Paul in Congress and gain Support!
Send this letter below to Congress. OUR LETTER OF THE WEEK: Copy and SEND this letter to the Senate: FIGHT THE ?THOUGHT POLICE? BILL Support Congressman Ron Paul?s stand against HR 1955 (now S.1959 in the Senate) Stop the ?Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism? bill Forward this letter to your US Senators: Dr. Ron Paul is not only a candidate for President, but still very active in Congress on issues of the Bill of Rights. This bill is so vaguely worded and misguided that even liberal and conservative groups agree that it has a chilling effect on free speech as a ?thought police? measure if it becomes law. We must resist this! (Letter Here) Dear Senator____________ I am quite concerned by two things currently going on in Congress that I think you should address. The first serious problem concerns H.R. 1955 (now known as SR 1959 and currently before the Senate), and the dangerously vague wording of this bill, and its implied threat to the 1st Amendment rights of all US citizens. This piece of legislation is neither Constitutional nor necessary. Even worse, many Constitutional watchdog groups and civil liberty organizations have openly stated this is noting more than a "Thought Police" bill in disguise. The second concern relates to the method and way this bill has progressed to this point, and the lack of debate, discussion or honest review of it as a serious threat to the Bill of Rights. Congressman Ron Paul states clearly that H.R. 1955 has been hurried through the voting process in the dark of night. We will have to hold accountable all Senators who support it in session, or by their absence allow it to pass without a recorded vote count, as a party in the betrayal of the most basic of Constitutional freedoms of speech and political ideology, being essential civil liberties. Please vote against HR 1955 and uphold free speech rights. Remarks on Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act, HR 1955 by Ron Paul Before the House of Representatives, December 5, 2007 Mr. Speaker, I regret that I was unavoidably out of town on October 23, 2007, when a vote was taken on HR 1955, the Violent Radicalization & Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act. Had I been able to vote, I would have voted against this misguided and dangerous piece of legislation. This legislation focuses the weight of the US government inward toward its own citizens under the guise of protecting us against "violent radicalization." I would like to note that this legislation was brought to the floor for a vote under suspension of regular order. These so-called "suspension" bills are meant to be non-controversial, thereby negating the need for the more complete and open debate allowed under regular order. It is difficult for me to believe that none of my colleagues in Congress view HR 1955, with its troubling civil liberties implications, as "non-controversial." There are many causes for concern in HR 1955. The legislation specifically singles out the Internet for "facilitating violent radicalization, ideologically based violence, and the homegrown terrorism process" in the United States. Such language may well be the first step toward US government regulation of what we are allowed to access on the Internet. Are we, for our own good, to be subjected to the kind of governmental control of the Internet that we see in unfree societies? This bill certainly sets us on that course. This seems to be an unwise and dangerous solution in search of a real problem. Previous acts of ideologically motivated violence, though rare, have been resolved successfully using law enforcement techniques, existing laws against violence, and our court system. Even if there were a surge of "violent radicalization" ? a claim for which there is no evidence ? there is no reason to believe that our criminal justice system is so flawed and weak as to be incapable of trying and punishing those who perpetrate violent acts. This legislation will set up a new government bureaucracy to monitor and further study the as-yet undemonstrated pressing problem of homegrown terrorism and radicalization. It will no doubt prove to be another bureaucracy that artificially inflates problems so as to guarantee its future existence and funding. But it may do so at great further expense to our civil liberties. What disturbs me most about this legislation is that it leaves the door wide open for the broadest definition of what constitutes "radicalization." Could otherwise nonviolent anti-tax, anti-war, or anti-abortion groups fall under the watchful eye of this new government commission? Assurances otherwise in this legislation are unconvincing. In addition, this legislation will create a Department of Homeland Security-established university-based body to further study radicalization and to "contribute to the establishment of training, written materials, information, analytical assistance and professional resources to aid in combating violent radicalization and homegrown terrorism." I wonder whether this is really a legitimate role for institutes of higher learning in a free society. Legislation such as this demands heavy-handed governmental action against American citizens where no crime has been committed. It is yet another attack on our Constitutionally protected civil liberties. It is my sincere hope that we will reject such approaches to security, which will fail at their stated goal at a great cost to our way of life.
