Colorado Springs, CO 32nd Post	Action Alert: August 20th Please spread this to everyone you know. August 20th is Ron Paul's birthday. We are calling for at least $25 on his birthday. This is giving everyone about two months to save for the donation. It is also being encouraged to do anything you can on August 20th to show your support of Ron Paul: post yard signs, hold rallies, write in to media outlets, etc. I'm hoping anyone in a meetup group can organize locally to hold a rally for Ron Paul and also video tape it and get it on YouTube! Awesome idea! Dr Paul will be turning 71, I believe. Let's all chip in with $71 or $20.08 or some version of that. RP08! And we keep the Republic!

user 4354753 Charlottesville, VA 3rd Post	It's also CRITICAL to get donations in before June 30th to show a solid 2nd quarter fundraising effort that will get his campaign visibility in national media. Also, everyone should realize that at this point, he may be dropped out of the poll now and then. The website has established a 1% Gallup Poll threshold, which they have honored. Nevertheless, check every week. You have to register, and you have to type in the image-code shown every time (this prevents automated voting spam).

user 4354753 Charlottesville, VA 9th Post	IMPORTANT! My understanding is that people are calling and giving FairTax.org hell over Ron Paul not being in the upcoming tax reform forum. Please keep in mind that FairTax is neither an enemy of Ron Paul or in control of the forum's agenda. In fact, they are a strong, natural ally of Ron Paul's cause. I've seen disturbing blog posts (http://www.dailypaul.... ) going way over the top with this. If this campaign is to be successful, groups like FairTax will need to support Ron Paul's message for America. user 4154500 Winneconne, WI 31st Post	I absolutely agree with you, Joel. Lots of people have forgotten their manners in email and on the web... IT ONLY REFLECTS BADLY ON DR. PAUL! What is to be gained from acting rude and ignorant and abusive? I say anytime we encounter such talk in blogs etc we have to address it strongly and immediately. We support him and don't anyone think for a moment that THIS won't be the story the msm will report... "Ron Paul Supporters Threaten..... blah, blah." I cannot stand the ignorance of people sometimes. I haven't seen it here yet but, man! I'm done.

The announcement says Bush will be in Montebello, Quebec, on August 20 and 21 to meet Harper and Mexican President Felipe Calderon. http://www.ctv.ca/ser... .... And here is my msg as for actions : Meetup serve to Meet up, So Lets GO! : Go on the Street! Try to Meetup every weekend until the presidential comes, just stand somewhere where people pass and stand for Ron Paul. All signs are welcome. That's how your community will grow! Be Peacefull! GoSlash27 Cedar Rapids, IA 39th Post	Action Alert: Cedar Rapids This is the big day. Dr. Paul will be here at 8:00 to speak to thousands in Cedar Rapids. We'll see you there. We are also trying to organize some downtown CR and Crowne Plaza pre-rally LIVE coverage for 6:00pm News - helping announce fundraiser, rally, and free music KCRG Channel 9 will have a cameraman at the rally (their studios are next door). Ron Paul will have a fundraiser at 7:00pm (without press) for Linn County and Eastern Iowa GOP supporters, and at 8:00pm will speak to the crowd in the Crowne Plaza Ballroom - then followed by a free concert by the rock band 'Justice'. Bring the teenagers and little kids too - for the rally at least - they always seem to get the cameras attention too. email any ideas and plans to the group is ok - we need signs, etc. etc. - and everyone's enthusiasm and energy! -John in SW CR
