On June 30th, these unlawful acts by this Congress and this President will be the topics of 7 petitions for redress of grievances that will be served upon the 535 elected officials of this nation. The petition process is one of the 5 rights imbedded within the First Amendment of our national Constitution.

Elected officials are required to answer duly delivered petitions for redress of grievances. Our Founding Fathers considered the King of England?s lack of response to their petitions as the most egregious of his many acts. President Bush and members of Congress including Ken Calvert have been served before and have never answered. This time tens of thousands of Americans who take their Pledge of Allegiance seriously, will deliver these petitions to local congressional and senatorial offices all on the same day. If no answer is forthcoming within 40 days, (we know we will get an answer from one?Rep. Ron Paul of Texas) then Americans by the hundreds will begin a hunger strike in Washington, D.C. and thousands of others will cease paying all taxes that are possible to avoid.

We know Dr. Paul will answer and we know how he will. All of the above topics of grievances have been trampled upon and ignored by President Bush and the Congress. Dr. Paul will state this publicly and in any court of law it will be presented as evidence that the non-payment of said taxes is the a totally legal course of action that We the People should take in response to Presidential and Congressional arrogance.

Do this while there is still time. Marines had formal training in Indianapolis (June 4th ? 17th) recently. It was for implementing martial law in the United States of America. We the People are the only thing the powerful in Washington fear.
