We'll be meeting at the corner of 18th and Walnut St and making our way to the Rittenhouse Square fountain. We will have a few wooden crates to symbolize the various oppressive government institutions that will be tossed into the Rittenhouse Square fountain. David Rittenhouse was a friend of the American Revolution.

Make your own signs, banners and crates and bring them with you! Afterwards, we will make our way through the city with our signs and banners to spread the Ron Paul Revolution.

Let's give the Philly media one more reason to talk about Dr. Paul's $10 Million Dollar Tea Party! We are expecting media attention, let's make it a good showing of support.

Please remember to RSVP so we know how many to expect.

Please note that a location for this event IS set as below-noted (ignore the above to-be-chosen-later note).

December 16th, 2007 is the 234th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party!

This anniversary has tremendous political significance as it relates to the Ron Paul R3volution. The BOSTON RON PAUL 2008 MEETUP GROUP have
booked Faneuil Hall to commemorate this day and show support for Dr. Paul.

They have arranged many excellent speakers: Dr. Rand Paul (Ron's son), Jacob Hornberger, Carla Howell, Norman Tregenza, James Forsythe, Hal Shurlteff, John McManus and others to-be-confirmed.

The day's events will START AT 1:30 PM with a march, with Ron Paul signs, FROM BOSTON COMMONS to Faneuil Hall. The speaking event at the hall is at 2:15 PM. The Boston members will have projectors showing the donations as they come in live. The Ron Paul Blimp will fly over the event if it has launched by Dec. 16.

There will also be a march from Faneuil Hall to the Old South Meeting House where the Boston Tea Party will be reenacted (not a meetup event) and there will be a sign wave at 4:30 PM there.

It will be a blast to participate in this extraordinary day of events and help make it eminently newsworthy on a national level. To do so, please do the following:

1. go to http://ronpaul.meetup.com/68/calendar/6622547/
2. In the yellow RSVP box: click Yes, enter your number of guests and then click the red RSVP button

Once you've made a decision to go and have RSVP'd, you can arrange travel to Boston cheaply by a couple of airlines, Amtrak, car-pooling or chartered bus. If you want to travel in groups whether for fun or to share expenses:

1. register and log on to ronpaulforumpa.com
2. go to http://www.ronpaulforumpa.com/smf/index.php?topic=309.msg872#msg872
3. post your needs and exchange information

By the way, as I write these words, the Boston meetup had 186 Yes RSVP's for this event. Faneuil Hall will accommodate 800 persons, so get your RSVP in quickly if you are thinking about going.

I can't wait until we post the inauguration on the Calendar....

Mass Donation Day is here again! This is the day we send a clear message to King George and his minions that we are taking back our liberty and our republic.
Forget the Christmas presents.....; they won't do anything to secure our liberty and our nation's future. Tell the kids that Ron Paul needs them more, because he's trying to save the Constitution. They'll understand. Donate all you can, and find a way to get someone you know to donate too.
Long live the Ron Paul Revolution! Long live Liberty!

We are going to write letters in support of Ron Paul to court Iowa Caucus voters (Iowa Caucus = January 3 = Important). Please join us from 1pm - 5pm to aid our efforts. A donation of $10 towards stamps/envelopes would be much appreciated (but your time is far more important).

Note we are meeting at the Independence Branch on 7th Street (between Chestnut & Market)

Click here for an update on how well the nationwide effort is progressing.

Click here to see the discussion of the letter writing campaign on Ron Paul Forums.

Our goal is to complete 500 letters this weekend!

Come educate Clinton supporters on Ron Paul's message of peace and freedom. Most Clinton supporters don't know that she is an advocate for expansion of the War in the Middle East and that she supports police state measures - see the two below-enumerated:

1. She voted for the Kyl-Lieberman Amendment that authorized Bush to invade Iran; and

2. She supported the National ID card, Patriot Act and Military Commissions Act and she supported ending Habeas Corpus and the Posse Comitatus Act.

Oh, and for all the guys out there, here's a little more incentive: Bubba (Bill Clinton) will be hosting the fundraiser for his wife - so there are sure to be tons of women showing up to the event.

Hillary's support is tenuous at best so let's do everything we can to put doubt into the mind of the audience. We will distribute:

1. Ron Paul Slim Jims ("Demcratic" and "Revolution")
2. The 3/15 NYT Clinton Interview
3. Naomi Wolf's editorial on the impending fascist state and another editorial with kind words about Ron Paul's Bill HR3835 to restore the Bill of Rights
4. PA (or NJ) Voter Registration Forms to get people Registered Republican so they can vote for Ron Paul in the Republican Primary

And if people have other "viral" messages they wish to hand out, by all means, bring your supply and get to work. And finally we will be waiving Ron Paul for President Rally Signs.

Please conduct any discussion of this event at http://www.ronpaulforumpa.com/smf/index.php?topic=317.0.

Vijay Boyapati, a Google guru, is on leave to direct Operation Live Free or Die. The program's objective is to make Dr. Paul win the New Hampshire GOP nomination. This primary is mere weeks away and it is hugely important.

Vijay is bringing volunteers to New Hampshire for this purpose. They are canvassing NH voters - to ask them to vote for Dr. Paul. You can do two things to help:

1. Volunteer at http://www.operationlivefreeordie.com/volunteer.html to spend some time in NH canvassing. Any amount of time is great.

2. If you can't come to NH, or in any event, please pledge $5.00 on Wednesday, December 5th to help the volunteers canvassers who are coming from all over the nation. The number who will come will be directly related to how much money can be raised to provide housing for them in NH. Go to http://www.operationlivefreeordie.com/donate.html to pledge or pay your $5.

Vijay wants to bring enough volunteers to reach out to every single citizen in New Hampshire and explain why Dr. Paul's message is perfect for the Live Free or Die state.

YOU CAN DONATE ALL DAY LONG!

Cost: $5.00

After rapping up the day in the suburbs, please join us in Northern Liberties at North Third for drinks. It's a good opportunity for those who missed the organizational meeting on Monday to catch up. We'll have slim jims and rally signs (to prominently place in windows) available for those who need supplies.

(This event is sponsored by the Montgomery County Ron Paul Meetup)

You are invited to come join fellow Ron Paul supporters to see our new headquarters for activities in the county and region. Enjoy some pizza and soda and share your tales, see friends you?ve gone to events with and hear our plans for the future to find out how you can be a part of it. We will be announcing several new campaign activities that we will be launching shortly but we will need your help to make them successful.

We are asking for a $10 contribution per person over 12 to help defray costs off the pizza and to raise funds for our activities (and help cover rent). If you can't donate please come but I'm afraid the pizza will be available to those who donate only. (Sorry - money is tight at the moment).

The open house starts at 4pm and goes until 10pm. Come when you can as we will be ordering pizza in shifts and want the most people to be able to see the place and meet and hear the plans to come.

Hope to see you there!

We are going to walk around the Granite Run Mall from noon to 2 wearing our Ron Paul T-shirts and handing out Slim Jims to anyone and everyone!!!!!!

Depending on how it goes, we may then drive over to the Springfield Mall to do the same

In your RSVP, please let me know your shirt size. We are working on getting T-shirt that says either "Who is Ron Paul?" or "Ask me about Ron Paul" so that people will approach us.
