For PA residents: your election cycle really does not begin until January 22nd with the kickoff for ballot petitioning for Ron Paul and his delegates. If you are not going to NH and you are free this weekend, you should consider spending your time productively going door-to-door in NJ helping folks prepare for the NJ Primary on Feb 5th. The folks here need all the help we can get and will be more than happy to return the favor starting Feb 6th. Remember, primary season is a sequential process. For the April 22 PA Primary to be relevant, we have to do well on Super Tuesday. And you can think of it as "practice" for PA canvassing. Besides selling Ron Paul door-to-door is fun and easy when you have a winning message.

For our second event, we will be meeting at the PATCO Collingswood Train Station easily accessible from Philadelphia via the Ben Franklin Bridge (pick up the train at either 8th/Market Streets or 15th/Locust Streets).

We will go out in teams of 2 armed with:
1. A neighborhood map,
2. A list of registered voters,
3. A supply of slim jims & DVDs and
4. Simple talking points.

You will:
1. Identify the Ron Paul supporters (who need yard signs and bumper stickers),
2. Identify the undecided voters (who will get a follow up call/visit)
3. Help educate the Independent voters that they have the right to support Ron Paul in the Feb 5th primary (NJ is an Open Primary).

Our experience has already shown that people are favorably inclined to the message at their door step - WE JUST NEED THE MANPOWER TO SPREAD THE WORD TO MAKE SURE WE WIN!

On January 8th the country will take notice. Ron Paul will win the New Hampshire Primary, and politics in America will change forever? A revolution that has been brewing will boil over.

The next morning millions of American?s will awake and find out a congressman from Texas they?ve never heard of before has won New Hampshire. Who is Ron Paul they will ask ? and then they will see his signs everywhere. Like mushrooms they have appeared overnight.

The Goal: 20,000 Campaign signs placed the night of January 8th in towns and cities across America

The How: 2,000 grassroots minutemen and women place 10 (or more!) signs each in their hometowns

Come out and show your support for the Dr. after he shows them what's up in IOWA!

The debate starts at 7pm, and the Dems are also scheduled to debate at a separate location.

Which party goes first is up to a coin toss. Either way there'll be fireworks!

The venue will most likely be Intermezzo Cafe on Walnut at 31st.
or somewhere better if available.

Many people will be standing around with nothing to do - they will need some reading material. We will be handing out slim jims, bumper stickers and buttons and holding Ron Paul for President signs. Contact me if you need any of these supplies.

The mentioned SW Corner of S. Broad and S. Penn Square (City Hall) is where the Ritz Carlton hotel is located.

This will be fun. Everyone loves Mummers.

This is the final mass donation day, or "money bomb" of the year, to blast us past $20 million for the quarter. How high can we go? I think $21 million is a cinch. Let's shoot for $22 million! I know everyone is about tapped out already, so let's spread the goodwill around and let lot's more new people in on the fun. If you can only give $50 this time, great. Focus on the more important task of getting one or two or ten new supporters on board to donate their $100 or more. Perhaps the best thing about the 16th was that 25,000 of the donors were first-timers. Let's keep the new recruits coming! This has been an awesome year for our nation because of what we're doing, so let's celebrate our success, and celebrate for the better future that we're building!

This event will run from 10 AM to 4 PM. Whatever time you can spare is great. We need wild-eyed patriot guys and gals young and old who are up for doing stuff that will DIRECTLY affect the number of votes that Dr. Paul will get. This letter-writing does just that. The password to get into the house is "President Paul." You don't get in unless you say it - those are the rules.

A convenient pay parking lot is at the SE corner of 22nd & Walnut and it beats trying to find a free space on the street. Bill's home has the only above-grade entrance between Locust and Latimer Streets. The doorbell is in the frog's hand.

The body of our letter is word-processed. We hand-write the envelope address & return address, the salutation (Dear ____), the signature and a personal note at the bottom. We include a slim jim (flyer) in the envelope. It's amazing how many of these can be cranked out with a decent sized crew. We must contact these independent NH voters.

The quality of your handwriting is not an issue.

If they have not already done so, it would be appreciated if attendees could pitch in whatever funds they might be able to afford to help defray a measure of the postage. The amount is not the issue and your labor is infinitely more important, so come if you can't spare a dime - we need you.

On Wednesday, we completed 1000 letters to IA independents who also have the right to participate in the GOP caucus. Our goal before Saturday ends is to send out 1000 more letters to NH independents.

Your dedication to the Ron Paul candidacy is greatly appreciated.

This event will run from 1 to 9 PM. When we see a glazed look in your eyes, we will judge your ability to continue by posing to you the following philosophical question of the ages: Who is stronger - Mighty Mouse or Superman? If we receive an incorrect answer, we will throw cold water on you in an effort to revive you. If that does not work, we will cast your body into the street when the cartman yells "Bring out your dead!"

After the Philly Tea Party event, we are going to write letters in support of Ron Paul to court Iowa Caucus voters (Iowa Caucus = January 3 = Important). Please join us from 4pm - 7pm to aid our efforts. A donation of $10 towards stamps/envelopes would be much appreciated (but your time is far more important).

Click here for an update on how well the nationwide effort is progressing.

Click here to see the discussion of the letter writing campaign on Ron Paul Forums.

We completed 300 on Saturday and we've now upped our goal to complete a total of 1000 letters by Wednesday December 19th (this excludes the contribution of many Philly-area supporters who have been working diligently on this project for the past week).
