Chris Simcox - Minuteman Civil Defense Corps Presentation in Chicago

Chris Simcox, President of Minuteman Civil Defense Corps, will be giving a presentation on Monday, May 19th at 7:00pm in Chicago. This event is sponsored by the DePaul Conservative Alliance. I was informed that it is being limited to 200 people, and DePaul Student ID's are required.

The venue seems to change like the wind. I guess now it's back to 2400 N. Sheffield Ave. at the old Blockbuster Video building -- but it is listed as being held at the Sullivan Athletic Center, 2323 N. Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60604 - a 3,000 seat arena.

I guess if you're a DePaul student and interested in attending, go a little early, and check both locations. It may be worth your while to go.

There is parking available at the Sheffield Garage at 2331 N. Sheffield. For CTA travel, the Red, Brown, and Purple lines operate through the Fullerton station conveniently located on DePaul's campus, near the intersection of Fullerton and Sheffield.

Last October, I attended a presentation by Sheriff Dan Beck of Ohio at McHenry County College in Crystal Lake. It was sponsored by the Illinois Minutemen, and was an outstanding presentation. I anticipate this will be a great presentation as well, and was hoping it would be open to the public. If you're a DePaul student, please check this event out!
