Madeline Albright will speak at the University of Chicago. She will speak, among other things, about the fate of small nations around the world. Among the Clinton-era foreign policy mishaps that she led where the war in Yugoslavia and the embargo on Iraq. She is unlikely to encourage a truly humble foreign policy. She may, however, use the same humble foreign policy rhetoric this evening that Bush used as he was running for office in 1999 and 2000. I'm not inclined to trust either of them, which could make this a good event to ask a question at.
