Campaign for Liberty limited government activist David Ratowitz is running for U.S. Congress to represent Illinois' 5th District. This is the office currently held by Mike Quigley and formerly held by Rahm Emanuel. [The 5th District runs the width of the city of Chicago north of approx. North Ave. and includes handful of near northwest suburbs.]

A Hazel Crest native, David is the principal attorney at Ratowitz Law Firm LLC and an Army veteran. He resided for 8 years in New Orleans, where he owned a real estate development firm. He and his family survived Hurricane Katrina and worked to rebuild their business as well as their local community.

David advocates:
* Free market economics
* Sound, accountable monetary policy
* Streamlined, strong national defense
* Secure civil liberties
* Universal school choice
* Individualized, decentralized health care

This is a $50/per person fund-raiser. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will be served.
