Mark,

I had promised you an update and here 'tis.

The family has posted some pictures on the bell's website www.proclaimliberty.us and they are updating things there.  http://www.proclaimliberty.us/wordpress/?page_id=15

David is home and continuing to heal.  He is in some pain and appreciates the continued prayers of the people on his behalf.  When I called today and spoke with Phyllis, he was on the phone with his daughter Bethany who lives in Tennessee.

There is a plan to film and document the repair of the bell mounting also.  Parts are on order.  The vehicle and the flatbed may need to be replaced so we are not sure how long it will be before the bell travels and tolls again, but knowing the Halls it will be as fast as possible!   On the website, there is a place to donate if people want to help with the expenses.

I'm a reporter with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram looking for info on the the Liberty Bell display that I believe ACT owns. I'm sure you know by now that the bell was involved in a traffic accident last night. I am glad to hear that Mr. Hall is in good condition.
