Barry Goldwater, Jr. to speak to the Navajo Canyon Republican Women on June 10th
Barry Goldwater, Jr, former Congressman, author, and son of the late Senator and one-time presidential candidate Barry Goldwater, will be the featured speaker at the June 10 meeting of Navajo Canyon Republican Woman Federation. Mr Goldwater will share stories of his father in his new book, Pure Goldwater. Reservations will be necessary for this meeting, which will be held at the Brigantine restaurant in La Mesa off Rte 8 at the Fuerte exit. The meeting begins at 11:00am, with luncheon at noon, followed by the speaker. Autographed copies of the book will be available for purchase. Cost of the luncheon is $17.
