  • Tim, Interesting idea ! I was actually thinking about this very topic most recently. Every elected official swears to uphold the Consitution of the United States, yet few, if any actually do. I was thinking that "we the people" would certainly be within out rights to sue for breach of contract, then expell all those who are guilty.
