You're invited to a surprise "Thank You" party for Doug Anderson, Lakewood City Councilor.
(forward this ONLY if you know Doug is not on your list, especially if you have a RP list)
Doug's last night as Lakewood City Councilor is Monday, Oct. 26th and we'd like to use the Council meeting's public comment time as the surprise. (arrive at 7:00 pm or just before, to find me I always sit next to the table at the entrance door)

Lakewood City Hall, 480 S. Allison Parkway, Lakewood 80226
We only very, very few outstanding Lakewood City Councilors, Doug is one of them and we'll sorely miss him. When it came time to protect our Bill of Rights, our liberties, our property and keep government efficient and limited - Doug bravely fought for us, and he did it in the minority which takes a toll.
Whether you live in Lakewood or not, your presence is requested to show appreciation for an outstanding elected official.

Public comment is limited to 3 minutes per person. If you'd rather not speak, just attend. One of our speakers will announce there are supporters in the audience just wishing to show support and ask that they stand.
You can simply buy a nice card, go to the podium, ask that the Clerk hand it to Doug and go back to your seat.
Unsure of the words to use, consider: "Doug, you made a positive difference, thanks for your service and for fighting for us." (even if you plan to speak, an additional card really would be nice)
After the meeting, there's going to be a get-together for Doug at Cafe Del Sol, NE corner of 6th Ave. and Garrison. Depending on the length of the Council meeting, we'll be heading over there during the meeting or afterwards.

We will have Food, and Beverages, AND, we will be going over some VERY EXCITING recent Activity of those in "THE MOVEMENT" -- ON OUR COOL, NEW PROJECTOR. Some of this activity is: the AMERICAN CITIZEN'S summit, WE ARE CHANGE, a recent Talk by Adam Kokesh, PEOPLE's INTERACTIONS with the State of Missouri, and MANY, MANY other EXCITING signs that our MOVEMENT is growing.

I LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL IN MY HOME, TO ENJOY EACH-OTHER'S Company, and SHARE OUR RECENT VICTORIES, and design how best to plan how best we can BRING BACK THE CONSTITUTION.

We The People have the power to take back our nation. The responsibility rests upon each of us to educate and inform our neighbors / coworkers / friends / family of the WRONG DOINGS of the few corrupt CFR/Bilderberg/Trilateral Commission Politicians, and of the Evil of the New World Order, and their current activity of dismantleing the USA.

Hey Everyone:

There will be 2 events this weekend that we would love to have you join us in attending.

We will be meeting at Aloha Beach to park our cars Sat Aug 29th at noon.

Once everyone is there we will board the KOKESH POLITICAL LIBERTY TOUR BUS. There is an open Bar for those who would like to drink.

The bus will take us to a bowling alley where we will team up and bowl a couple games. Shoes, drinks, pizza and prizes will also be included.

After bowling we will head back over to Aloha beach for water games, tennis, volley ball and at 7 pm we will have the UFC FIGHT between Couture vs. Nogueira. (Please bring your own food if you would like to BBQ)

After the fight we will have an optional POKER TOURNAMENT for those who would like to stick around and try to win some money. The OPTIONAL buy-in for the tournament will be $20.

This will be an intimate time to get to know Adam by the Fire Pit roasting marsh mellows, on the bowling alley, bus or as he is taking your money in poker :) lol

The Next Day

The Progressive Veterans, Muscians for freedom and the Denver Chapter of Iraq Veterans Against the War, is holding a fundraiser CONCERT on Sunday, August 30, 2009, from 12 Noon - 12 Midnight at the Meadowlark Bar, which is right next to the Flobots Community Collective,

located at 2705 Larimer Street Denver CO 80205.

PLEASE HELP US CONVERT THESE DISILLUSIONED DEMS/REPUBS INTO FREEDOM AND LIBERTY LOVERS!

Adam will be speaking in between musician sets and will also have a booth with materials for us to hand out to folks interested in the cause of liberty.

Please consider helping him represent our values in Congress this coming election!

The suggested donation for the first day will be $25 per person for the bus, bowling, food, drinks, shoes, UFC fight and poker party.

There is a $10 suggested donation for the concert on sunday.

If you come to both events the suggested donation will only be $30 total for both days!!!

Hello Liberty-Lovers in Grand Junction!
The 912 Project and Tea Party groups are joining with AFP for this rally on Sat:
Rally @ Lincoln Park 10am with lots of great speakers (see flyer in the files section to the left).
Pres. Obama will arrive in GJ at 3:45pm and head to the High School for a town hall meeting that is from 4:15pm to 5:30pm. We will all arrive at the H.S. by 3:15pm so we can properly greet the President.
To attempt to get two tickets to the townhall go to the web-site which registration is open Wed 9am to Thursday at noon. Names will supposedly be drawn randomly and if drawn you will be notified.

They are asking everyone to wear a solid white, red or blue shirt to show our patriotism and to contrast the SEIU shirts.
All signs are to focus on Healthcare or Cap and Trade—note that demeaning signs or signs on the birth certificate take away the focus as the media looks for this stuff (notes from their flyer).
