Running for public office?

Greetings,

I think we would all agree that we don't like to way our country is headed. We can see a deterioration of our freedom, liberty & personal rights every day. We have corruption in our government at every level; Country, State & Local. It is alarming the rate at which we are losing our Country. We need to act fast. We need to get our Country back to where our founding Fathers intended. How do we do this? We need good people in every office. The problem is people that don't understand history, our Constitution & the percepts that our Country was founded on. With that in mind, who is willing to run for public office? I know the high offices will be hard to win but with a united effort we can do great things. What about local offices? I Don't think that any office is too small to do good. City Councilman, Mayor, County Commissioners, State House & Senate, etc.. Good people in these offices can do untold good for the health of our Country.

Who is willing step up to the challenge? Who will run? I believe I speak for most of our fellow Ron Paul supporter when I say: We'll stand behind you, we'll help in any way we can.

We need to act fast on this. The dead-line for qualifying with the Republican & Democratic parties is April 4th 2008.

Perhaps someone can post a list of open seats in our area?
