Delegate interviews

Anyone actually gone through the interview and can tell me the kind of questions they ask? Is it a long interview or minimal, is it intimidating or do they get you liquored up? Somebody tell me something aobut them...cause for all I know this could be anything from walking a prison gauntlet to having a party. (Granted I expect neither of those extremes) So tell me as much as you can about it.
