The Republican Party ran on the ticket of getting out of Veitnam and a good percentage of Goron Lightfoot fans will remember that they did vote for a war-ending republican. Thats why I believe that Ron Paul's position will resonate with Gordon Lightfoot fans.

The concert officially kicksoff at 8PM, but we will meet up at the main entrance at 7PM
Those that cannot stay for the show to pass out information, may hold up signs in front of people who are entering the maingate, or at least untill 8:30pm. Volunteers who will enter the maingates will passout flyers (learn more about this when we meetup) and leave the concert at least 30 minutes before the concert ends to hold up signs for when people start leaving the event.

Clawson Park Meet-Up on September 9th is hosting an event including precinct delegates, Paul Garfield ( Our State Coordinater) and the Michigan GOP Chairperson Sual Anizuz will be there as well.

We are meeting at the pravilion across from the tennis courts. If coming from main St. (otherwise known as Livernois Rd.) just keep going west on elmwood and you will see it on your right hand side.

The city of Detroit is hosting this years annual Labor Day Parade which will include marching bands, troops, and union workers.

I will be in the parade, via my local union along with one or two others, holding signs and passing out flyers. We could really use some more volunteers to pass out flyers and hold up banners.
