 emen/women for the new term will take office on December 1\, 2008 and soon 
 thereafter will elect their REC officers: chairman\, vice-chairman\, secret

 s called to order at Nokomis Elk's Lodge at 7:05 PM by Chairman Eric Robins
 on.  Donna Clarke gave the invocation and Doug Holder led the pledge.\n\nCh
 airman Robinson recognized elected officials and candidates present. \n\nBr
 ief comments were made by Republican candidates.\n\nThe minutes of the REC 
 meetings of August 14th and May 31st were approved without objection.\n\nIn
 formation was provided by RPOF field staff Andres Malave concerning recruit
 ment and training of RPOS volunteers. \n\nChairman Robinson adjourned the m
