FROM JIM NOBLES, 43rd District Chair:
I want to personally thank everyone who attended Saturday's Legislative Caucus [April 5th]. We elected 12 delegates and 12 alternates to represent us to the Washington State Republican Convention in Spokane, WA. I realize a number of you feel disappointed on not being able to go. I can sympathize. When I was new to politics, I was unable to attend conventions because people in my district didn't really know me. I stuck around, attended meetings, helped on campaigns, volunteered and eventually was elected a delegate. I encourage ALL of you to continue to attend our meetings and stay involved. There is lots to do in this busy election year. Our meetings are the third Tuesday of every month at the TOPS School (where the Legislative Caucus was held) at 7pm. At our next meeting (April 15th) we will have special guest speakers Washington State Republican Party Chairman Luke Esser and Washington Conservation Voters Executive Director Kurt Fritts.

Upcoming speakers will include; Lands Commissioner Doug Sutherland, Secretary of State Sam Reed, State Treasurer Candidate Allan Martin and many others. In June we start our summer bar-b-que series which is fun for the whole family.

Again, I want to thank you all and I hope to see you next Tuesday.

Best regards,

Jim Nobles, Chair
43rd District Republicans

"Excellent meeting, good opportunity to provide fresh ideas and apply solid conservative thinking in a discussion of environmental issues, and the Republican party's involvement with those issues."
