Please show up to help support John. This is going to be oral arguments over a motion to dismiss the case, or in the alternative, remand it back to a grand jury.

I left Cindy's contact information in the body of the details because she wants to make sure everyone understands the truth about what happened to them and what's going on because there are a LOT of rumors and outright lies being told. She said if ANYONE has any questions to call her and she will clear up any misunderstandings.

One more thing I wish to address here. I have heard a few times the question "What does this have to do with Ron Paul?" I'll tell you two things that connect this case to Ron Paul:

1. They were putting up Ron Paul Banners and signs when the attacker passed them in his car (plus they had Ron Paul magnets on the doors and stickers on the back so there was no mistaking what they were doing that night), and

2. The attacker was calling John and Cindy "fucking Paultards" when he attacked them.

That's enough to drag my ass into this fight, and I will support John and Cindy to the utmost of my abilities. They are good people who have been selfless Patriots heeding the call of the R3VOLUTION many times. They drove up to Las Vegas (on their own dime) when we went up there to burn DVD's and stuff envelopes for their Caucus. It was John who single-handedly stopped the Young Professional Republicans from fraudulently counting the Scottsdale Straw Poll results in favor of McCain by FORCING THEM TO COUNT THE BALLOTS IN FRONT OF WITNESSES (resulting in a landslide win for Ron Paul). They have consistantly been honest and truthful in all my interactions with them, and believe them to be upstanding, forthright people, and I can no more believe that John shot an unarmed person in the face intentionally than believing donkeys can fly.
