Police brutality means the rise of a "police state".
The term "police state" originates from the pervasive use of brutal force by police, to enforce tyranny. Many law enforcement officers have now done a tour of duty in Iraq, where they learned to use methods that are not limited by our laws. One company, called Dynatech, is aggressively seeking law enforcement officers for jobs, and militaristic style law enforcement training, in a war zone.
Law enforcement officers, trained in these militaristic law enforcement procedures, return to a civilian job with a new mind set. This mind set is taught  to other law enforcement officers, sometimes in a supervisory capacity.
 
Psychological tests are often given to identify violence-prone police Officers, but we wonder if these tests may sometimes actually be used to hire more violence-prone police.
 
What is happening to South Carolina police is happening in other places.
