Sorry this is short notice. I am flying to Minnesota on Sunday morning.

Who attended?

    •  We discussed how we can help other groups with upcoming elections. Our successes and our failures. We also discussed the problem with the vote count in Aiken County.
    •  We met with the goal in mind of answering the question "Where do we go from here?" Now that we're past the Republican Presidential Preference Primary in SC, the points were made that we need to help people in other places, particularly our sister Ron Paul Meetup Group in Augusta, GA. We spoke of events that we could attend--specifically the table event at Augusta State University on 1/29 and First Friday on 2/5--to help bring awareness about Ron Paul to voters in Georgia. There was some discussion (some people talking over each other) about different things like "there is no anti-war crowd" and the problems with the RP national group and what the Augusta group is already doing right. I also described how Mel and I had gone to look at the Poll Lists from the election and noted problems of too few and too many votes being cast from the number of signatures per precinct. A letter detailing the irregularities needs to be written to our local elections office Director.
