The Bee is daily, the rest are published less frequently, but we need to hit them all hard. You always need to include your name, address, phone number, and email, and keep it under their word limit. Some of these papers have a form to submit your letter online, that's the easiest way. If that option is available, I have included it in the link. Write from your heart, no form letters although there may be similarities and redunacies. That's OK, people need to hear the same thing several times before it sinks in.
