WHAT: Rally in support of HCR6
WHEN: 8:00 AM, Wednesday, March 4th
WHERE: NH State House, 107 N Main St., Concord [ Map ]
WHY:
The Federal government has gone far enough. We need to draw a line in the sand. If there is further egregious, serious disrespect of the US Constitution by the Federal government, then New Hampshire must reclaim its sovereignty.

HCR6 came out of committee with a surprise "Inexpedient to Legislate" recommendation.

For those that remember it, this is a replay of the resistance against the bills to get NH out of Real-ID. We know what it takes to move this forward: MASSIVE PUBLIC SUPPORT!

Folks on Facebook may wish to join the event there, so we can get a better idea of how many people to expect:

Thyis is insane that they found HCR6 ITL ! Another typical move of keeping the people of NH under the facist thumb of the Federal government and new world order!

    •  The rally itself was absolutely great altho I don't know who is in my meet up group. There was a real lot of passion... WE LOST TO THE OPPOSITE SIDE THAT BELIEVES IN BIG GOVERNMENT and I am livid !

The message I heard today was not that New Hampshire will allow the federal government to dictate legislation above and beyond the powers granted by the Constitution, but that the legislators are not willing to make a blanket decision regarding all federal actions and we will have to fight one battle at a time by addressing various federal abuses of the constitution individually. As an example, Rep Rollo stated today that he did support the legislation to ban Real ID in New Hampshire even though he spoke in favor of the ITL recommendation. Others who spoke on the floor today stated that they would not vote to overturn the ITL recommendation, but that they did support the principles that HCR 6 is based on. Other reps pointed out the questionable procedures within the committee and the inconsistencies in the committee’s decision. Representative Coffey and others pointed out the inconsistencies between what the opponents of this bill were saying today and what they had done in the past.
    •  Good showing, very enthusiastic crowd. The megaphone could have been louder / clearer - I had a hard time hearing some of the speakers.
