The spot I picked is has a several tables under a roof which is usually empty.
It is in Gardner field in Denville near baseball field #4.
Sunset is at 8 so we would have about 2 hours.
I don't think there are any bathrooms open near by so go before you arrive.
It is the second driveway not the one that goes to the playground.

I looked into a few spots but free/low cost indoor meeting locations are difficult to come by. The PAL community center in my town only will let groups that have their own insurance use the meeting rooms. The Morris County library rooms were booked according to the posted sheets and when I tried to call the person who handles these rooms I kept getting an answering machine and no call back. So it is back to the old standby of public parks. I guess free assembly is not very free.

Jersey City, NJ - New Jersey conservative Republican leader Dr. Murray Sabrin, the Garden State's strongest advocate of limited government and individual freedom and candidate for United States Senate, announced "Freedom Day in New Jersey" with a major fundraising event hosted by Republican presidential candidate, Dr. Ron Paul, at the Hilton Newark Penn Station on April 28 from 6:30-8:00 p.m.

Dr. Ron Paul stated in his endorsement of Dr. Murray Sabrin, "Murray has devoted his entire career to promoting limited government and personal freedom, and I am proud to have known him and worked with him for more than 25 years." Paul continued, "He will not only be an outstanding representative of the people of New Jersey, but the greatest advocate of liberty and constitutional principles the United States Senate has need in decades. I am delighted to endorse him and encourage all Americans who believe in freedom to support him enthusiastically."

Dr. Sabrin stated, "My campaign to 'Legalize Freedom' and become the next United States Senator from New Jersey is going tremendously. We are thrilled my good friend, Ron Paul, is bringing his message of liberty and freedom to New Jersey on April 28th and attending my major fundraiser. The political combination of me in the United States Senate and Ron Paul in the House of Representatives will be a one-two punch defending the Constitution!"

The event will be held at the Hilton Newark Penn Station at the Gateway Center in Newark, New Jersey. It is a very easy commute from Manhattan or any location in New Jersey. The general reception will be from 6:30-8:00 p.m. with individual tickets at $250 per person (young professionals under 30 can purchase tickets at $100 per person). Dr. Sabrin Announces Legalize Freedom Tour

Senate Campaign Takes Its Message To Colleges Across New Jersey

?Politics on the PublicMind? On Tuesday April 22, 2008, at 6:00 p.m. FDU will host a forum featuring U.S. Senate hopefuls: New Jersey State Senator Joe Pennacchio, Dr. Murray Sabrin, and Andrew Unanue. At this point, Unanue is the only candidate that has not accepted the invitation. The forum will give the candidates time to discuss the most pressing issues they want to address as US Senators and answer questions from the audience. It will be moderated by Paul Mulshine, the nationally respected conservative columnist for The Star-Ledger. Jersey City, NJ - New Jersey conservative Republican leader Dr. Murray Sabrin, the Garden State's strongest advocate of limited government and individual freedom and candidate for United States Senate, announced the start of his "Legalize Freedom Tour" with the release of the first four dates and colleges. The purpose of the Legalize Freedom Tour is to get more young people involved in politics and involved in his United States Senate campaign. In addition, Dr. Sabrin released his op-ed calling for the elimination of a national drinking age.

Dr. Sabrin said, "I am very excited about taking my campaign to Legalize Freedom across the college campuses of New Jersey. Young people today understand their liberties are being eradicated by bigger and bigger government. My message to restore our constitutional freedoms is resonating and will prove to be victorious in November against the extremely liberal Frank Lautenberg."

Friends: NOW is the time for us to unite and come together, whether our primary cause is peace, labor, truth, human rights, American sovereignty, impeachment, environmental, voting rights, civil liberties, the Constitution or sound fiscal policy....or all of the aforementioned.

We are manipulated and overpowered only when we allow those in power to segment and divide us. In fact, we have much more in common than we may think. After all, we are concerned citizens and people of principle. Strength comes via numbers and the forging of sound strategic alliances by, and between, activist groups.

We will be updating you with additional information. And no, we are not just asking you to participate and to help spread the word. We are asking you to consider that WE must unite and WE must demonstrate the power of the people....we need representation and participation from every "cause" and "belief set" in order to send a loud and clear message that WE ARE RECLAIMING OUR POWER as Americans.

It is time to send a message to those in authority: WE may have different priorities, we may be of every persuasion, but we are all Americans and we are sick and tired of unrepresentative government. We are tired of watching the fundamental promise and potential of American life subverted by profiteers and self-serving interests. And we are sick and tired of the few pretenders, and their supplicants, who posture that their agendas are ours.

UNITED we will stand...and so will the America we love.

Here's what Ron Paul says about the John Birch Society:

"The beneficial, educational impact of the John Birch Society over the past four decades would be hard to overestimate. It is certainly far more than most people realize. Anyone who has been in the trenches over the years battling on any of the major issues, whether it's pro-life, gun rights, property rights, taxes, government spending, regulation, national security, privacy, national sovereignty, the United Nations, foreign aid, knows that members of the John Birch Society are always in there doing the heavy lifting. And most importantly, they approach all of these issues from a strong moral and constitutional perspective. Lots of people pay lip service to the Constitution, but Birchers study it, understand it, apply it, and are serious about protecting it and holding public officials accountable to it." (The New American magazine, December 7, 1998)
