There is no substitute for meeting people face to face. A lot of people are outraged by what is going on in the government, but don't know what to do.

That is where you come in. You can tell them about Ron Paul's Campaign For Liberty and the movement to audit the Federal Reserve System, through HR 1207 and S 604. That and so much more...

They need to know of that effort and we need to recruit more activists to share the work. So I hope you will join me this Sunday, from 9am till around noon. Just look for the big banner, you can't miss us.

You don't have to bring anything except for yourself.

The Marin County Ron Paul Meet up group and the Marin County Campaign for Liberty invite you to join the parade in celebration of our nation's founding and for the principles of liberty and constitutional government.

This is one of the best 4th of July parades in the Bay Area and a great way to meet other people who love their country, so please use this opportunity to spread the message of liberty and make new friends.

You are all encouraged to come and bring a friend! There is a limit though. We are only allowed 50 participants. We encourage you to dress in colonial garb, if you can. We will have a Campaign for Liberty banner and other goodies.

The parade will leave Redwood High School promptly at 10:30 on Saturday, July 4. You may arrive at Redwood High School anytime after 9:00 a.m., but everyone should be in position by 10:00a.m. Those not in position risk losing their position in the parade.

The West/front parking lot at Redwood High (by the gym) & parking lot at 325 Doherty Dr. wil be marked with our Parade number (70) The parade marshals will direct you to our slot.

To summarize:

Date: July 4, 2009
Where to meet: Redwood High School, 325 Doherty Dr., Larkspur, Ca
Time: Arrive anytime after 9:00, but everyone should be in position by 10:00AM
Our position number is: 70
Parade will leave Redwood High School promptly at 10:30AM

A few rules:

1. We are not allowed to distribute literature and all signs have to be approved by the parade organizers, but a few strategically placed tea bags shouldn't break any rules.

2. We are only allowed 6 signs and they must be "positive" messages. Like "Support HR 1207 - Audit the Fed!" Not negative like: "Impeach Obama!"

For more information email or call Ricardo.

Hope to see you all there!

Our last event was great because we brought together people from very different political groups.... we were able to unite Left and Right. That is why we also want to launch the Left-Right Coalition with the planks I listed below at the event. The Coalition will start as a mailing list of those of us on the left and right to get updates on End the Fed, Anti-war, and other major projects aligned with the following policies:

1. Economy: Abolish the Federal Reserve. Begin using gold, silver, or local community currency for commerce.
2. Foreign Policy: End the occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan. Initiate return of US soldiers from around the world.
3. Civil Liberties: Protect the privacy and civil liberties of all persons under US jurisdiction.
4. Corporations: End corporate bailouts, welfare and subsidies.

Anyways, please bring signs to the rally. We will try to have some updated files on the file section that you can print... we will also need flyers to promote this event. Please donate money so we can print out flyers for promotion before and for public distribution during the event. We can print out about 5000 color flyers for about $150 so any amount will be appreciated.

Please reach out to all people and organizations you know about this important rally. We are really shaking up the establishment... If you guys haven't heard there was an advisory sent out within the US Army Reserves in regards to the nationwide End the Fed rallies last November. Let us not back down...we are just getting started bringing down the Fed!

We need volunteers for promoting the event and during the event. Please call if you have any questions or want to volunteer. 415-748-1113

Did you see in the Marin IJ, the Republican Central Committee meetings are getting interesting.

"Ron Paul nuts" invade Republican meetings

Come and join the fun!

The community room is close to being above where Good Guys used to be with the address "770" on the buildling, very near the Charles Schwab office. Take outside stairs in between the two to the 2nd floor. Or, enter the lobby underneath the stairs and take an elevator up. There is large red and beige striped awning above the entrance.

I'll be there, see you there!!

ALL political parties, ideologies, and beliefs are invited!

“The freedom message brings us together – it doesn’t divide us.”
-Congressman Ron Paul

Fellow champions of Liberty and our Constitution;
I need your help to spread the word about the End the Fed rally
on Saturday 11-22-08.
Ninety-eight years after its conception, we're rallying
nationwide to signal the end of the unconstitutional Federal
Reserve system.

Email me for more information on the San Francisco event,
tentative schedule as follows;

10 AM - Ferry Building @ Market Plaza (Some will be there as
early as 9am, the earlier we arrive the better we can
coordinate, a huge turn out is expected!)

11 AM - March up Market St. to Union Square then back to the
Federal Reserve building on Market St .

12 PM - Confirmed Speakers: Carol Brouillet and Anthony Gregory

Waiting to confirm: Justin Raimondo, Phil Berg, Matt Gonzalez,
and Cindy Sheehan.

Other known speakers from across the nation:

Congressman Dennis Kucinich will be speaking at the Federal
Reserve Branch on Columbus, Ohio.

Congressman Ron Paul will be speaking at the branch in Houston,
Texas.

Talk radio host and political activist Alex Jones will be
speaking at the branch in Dallas, Texas.

Many others have been confirmed as well!

This is an ALL inclusive event, we may respectfully
(unfortunately sometimes disrespectfully) disagree on many
issues, but the issue of our corrupt fiat monetary system is
something that brings together Independents, members of the
Constitutionalist Party, the Green Party, Republican Party,
Democratic Party, Libertarian Party, and everything beyond and
in between! We must come together as one body, we must stand
together; We The People must join in one voice to deliver one
simple but powerful message: END THE FED!

It’s time for a message that unites all of us behind common
cause; Restore our Constitution.

I'm going to show up at the Farmer's Market about 9am, and pass out some of these "don't vote for Lynn Woolsey" brochures. If you can do this, too, let me know. If you can create a big "Impeach Lynn Woolsey" sign, let me know, otherwise I'll bring a 3 x 3 sheet of cardboard and a black magic marker. I can only stay for about an hour. If you want to come earlier than 9 or be there after I leave at 10 (which would be great), check with me on how to get some of the brochures.

Joel says that he has a place between the Obama and McCain booths. I will be somewhere nearby.

We haven't had a meeting for several months. Now, the Nov 4 election is only a couple weeks away, Ricardo suggested that we have a little meeting. Possible topics for discussion:

Deciding who to vote for
- Chuck Baldwin - this is who Ron Paul says he is voting for. Should we vote for him, too? He is a qualified write-in candidate in California.
- Lynn Woolsey replacement - Ron Paul denounced congress for passing the big bailout bill a couple weeks ago, and said that we should do our best to "vote the rascals out". Our own Lynn Woolsey is fairly well entrenched, but we have the ballot alternatives of Mike Halliwell, Republican, or Joel Smolen, Libertarian. Joel has agreed to come and answer our questions about why we should vote for him.

How do we promote our candidates?
Once we have decided to to vote for and endorse, what can we do to help them get elected?

do they have yard signs we can put up? Bumper stickers?
can we do canvassing for them?
help them with distributing flyers?

Socializing
After taking care of business, as above, we could socialize and schmooze. Steve will bring photos and videos from Washington DC and Minneapolis.
