 ant points of business for this meeting will be:\n\n1. We are going discuss
  our bylaws. We left off before the State Convention that we were all going
  to read the Nevada Liberty Alliance bylaws\, which can be printed from thi
 s webpage:\nhttp://nevadalibertyalliance.com/bylaws.htm and as we read them
  make comments and suggestions so as to adopt our own version using it as a
  basis.\n\n2. We will also discuss our Meetups need to become involved in t
 he Clark County Republican Party.\n\nMeetup members are welcome to present 
 and/or join the Council\, but if not a Council member you can participate i
