This is real simple. Anybody who wants in can be in. Just throw up some of your favorite quotes from anybody you want and as many of them ya want to add, but only one per day. Source them too as in provide a link to where they come from or site the book ya got 'em from. There are so many people I like to quote often, but today, I'll quote one of my favorite people:
Sir Winston Churchill, and there are so many GREAT quotes of his but here is my favorite, one i have used often and applies to us as many of his quotes do: "An appeaser is one who feeds a crocodile?hoping it will eat him last." ~Winston Churchill http://jpetrie.myweb.... ? it is a truth confirmed by the unerring experience of ages, that every man, and every body of men, invested with power, are ever disposed to increase it, and to acquire a superiority over everything that stands in their way. - Brutus - Anti Federalist #10

Since this is the "Love Revolution" Thought we could use a quote about love on here:
"If you have it [Love], you don't need to have anything else, and if you don't have it, it doesn't matter much what else you have." ~ Sir James M. Barrie |

Atlas Shrugged
In honor of our puppet-masters, a quote! This is one of the more famous sections of Atlas Shrugged; a must-read. There's several more paragraphs at the above link, Or you could google "ayn rand" "fransisco" and "money" "Watch money. Money is the barometer of a society's virtue. When you see that trading is done, not by consent, but by compulsion — when you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing — when you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors — when you see that men get richer by graft and by pull than by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you — when you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice — you may know that your society is doomed. Money is so noble a medium that it does not compete with guns and it does not make terms with brutality. It will not permit a country to survive as half-property, half-loot. "Whenever destroyers appear among men, they start by destroying money, for money is men's protection and the base of a moral existence. Destroyers seize gold and leave to its owners a counterfeit pile of paper. This kills all objective standards and delivers men into the arbitrary power of an arbitrary setter of values. Gold was an objective value, an equivalent of wealth produced. Paper is a mortgage on wealth that does not exist, backed by a gun aimed at those who are expected to produce it. Paper is a check drawn by legal looters upon an account which is not theirs: upon the virtue of the victims. Watch for the day when it bounces, marked: 'Account overdrawn.'" -Ayn Rand |

Wow, what ever happened to short and simple, but i guess that is indicative of this race, that is, nothing is short and simple. After all, I struggle to get out 5 people to an event. Is it the way that they are scheduled, perhaps, but i think not.
perhaps this is a better quote? "In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man, brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds, however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a Patriot." ~ Mark Twain, and there are many more worth while quotes. |

This comes from the tag line on our own John Delano's email and believe it belongs here:
"To defeat the aggressors is not enough to make peace durable. The main thing is to discard the ideology that generates war." - Ludwig von Mises |

"I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them."
-- Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826), US Founding Father, drafted the Declaration of Independence, 3rd US President |
