Jason, I am sorry that you are resigning from this meetup group. As an organizer of another group I can concur that it can sometimes seem to be a thankless job. Working to bring change to our country is to me worth the continued effort.

I am not too familiar with the workings of facebook as yet. I hope that the link above allows you to take a look and join the group. I do believe that Ron Paul supporters seek a future in liberty and will be welcome members of this non-partisan group. The first event should be posted soon. Once you join the group you will be updated when the inaugural event details are available.

Liberty on the Rocks Northwest Indiana Chapter: A splendid mix of grass roots activism, libations, and good conversation. We are a group of citizens who endeavor to limit the reach of government into our personal lives, to ensure life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Join us for a meeting of the minds to discuss ways we can further our cause of liberty.

Liberty on the Rocks is a non-partisan, non-profit, social organization that seeks to unite liberty-minded individuals, regardless of political affiliation, who believe in a limited government, individual rights, and have a desire to shift America back toward the constitutional principles of freedom used to found this nation.

Liberty on the Rocks Northwest Indiana's goal is to provide a social environment to unite liberty-minded individuals not only with one another, but also with the freedom-based organizations in their local communities. This social environment provides a place for individuals to meet and network with each other, gain and disseminate knowledge on the importance of limited government, and to learn more about what is going on in their local communities to enhance individual freedoms. It is our belief that those in this country have a right to protect their liberties, and it is only they, not the politicians in Washington, who have the power to do so.

Once our group has grown to include a few more members we will plan to meet for our first Liberty On The Rocks social event. Please accept our invitation to join this facebook group and feel welcome to extend this invitation to other liberty minded individuals that you know.
