*** IMPORTANT ***

All of our memebrs who are VOTING MEMBERS of the Central Committee (THAT MEANS - you are a PRECINCT Committeeman or Woman AND a current VOTING MEMBER of the committee) NEED TO ATTEND a strategy meeting PROIR to the 12:00 Noon regular meeting next Thursday. All other members of our group as also welcome to attend.

We will be getting together at the Hilton Hotel across the street from the Outlaw Inn at 11:00AM, May 8th prior to going across the street for the meeting. We will likely meet in the common area where they have luncheons for clubs such as the Pachyderms.

Please let me know ASAP if you WILL NOT be able to attend this meeting <OR> the Central Committee meeting for the election of delegates to the State Convention. We will need to get your proxy votes to provide at the election.
