Congratulations! Your city has been chosen as a Departure/Liaison city for the Revolution March 2008 Ronvoy to DC!

I am Susan Wolfe and I am the organizer for the official meetup group for the Travel & Lodging Committee for Revolution March 2008.

Is your group planning to attend the march in DC on July 12th? Please visit the Revolution March website for more information about the march. We?d LOVE to see you there, and we are available to assist you with every step in the process.

Right now, we are very excited. In case you haven't heard, the Ronvoy to DC is being planned as I "speak"! There will be several major departure cities for the Ronvoy, which you can view on the Ron Paul Forums here.

We are currently recruiting local level organizers in each of the cities that are on the list, to assist with coordinating the Ronvoy to DC.

I invite you to join the Travel & Lodging meetup group to communicate with the other organizers in your route.

We have Ronvoys scheduled to depart from Seattle, Portland, San Fran, LA, and San Diego on the West Coast. They are crossing the nation and meeting up with other travelers in cities like Gallup for the LA route. These routes have been determined by being the fastest route to DC from the West coast. Cities have been determined by their length of drive time from the departure city.

We encourage you, if you aren?t doing so already, to start communicating with the other meetups within 100-200 miles from your city. I am also contacting organizers in your travel route. We definitely want the city organizers to coordinate with each other. In addition, if you do decide to join us as a local Ronvoy meetup organizer, please be available for media interviews about the Ronvoy to DC and the Revolution March. More info on that to come.

Do we have a complete synopsis of travel times/dates with the arrival and depature times for all locations?

It would be nice to have detailed trip mapped out with detailed print output. This atlas/map would be handy for people carpooling and knowing when the RONVOY is coming through each city and play stops/visits.
