College Station/TAMU Republicans for Ron Paul 2008 Meetup

The purpose of the Ron Paul Meetup Topic is to facilitate grassroots campaign organizing. This Meetup topic will provide you with the networking and organizational tools to become actively involved in Congressman Ron Paul's presidential campaign in Brazos County and the State of Texas. The students and staff of Texas A&M offers us a unique environment to share Ron Paul with fellow Aggie families across Texas and the USA.

Brief Overview of Congressman Paul's Record:

He has consistently legislated against the Trans-Texas Corridor.

He has never voted to raise taxes.
He has never voted for an unbalanced budget.
He has never voted for a federal restriction on gun ownership.
He has never voted to raise congressional pay.
He has never taken a government-paid junket.
He has never voted to increase the power of the executive branch.

He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.

He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.
