To my fellow Pennsylvanians,

I am writing to ask your help. For many months, we have been
working in tea parties, the 912 project, in our own
communities. Many of us met with other patriots in Washington
DC for an historic gathering on 9-12 to show we are united in
our efforts against an oppressive and tyrannical federal
government.

Many months ago, I started to work with the We the People
organization because I too was thinking that what we needed for
the next step was a gathering of individuals across the country
to come together, sit down, and discuss and document just how
oppressive our government had become. This is now coming, in
November. I was nominated to be a delegate for this
conference, which I accepted, but there is one step left, and
that is that I need to be confirmed as a delegate by vote by
the citizens of the Commonwealth to represent Pennsylvania.
This is not an effort by me to lead to future elected office.
I have no desire for this, but I think in this forum, I can
represent our state effectively; I know what the issues are and
I know what we should be doing to restore Constitutional
governance in our state and country.

Here's where you come in. I am asking you to talk to the other
members of your groups-I can only be confirmed by the vote of
Pennsylvanians, and there are only two ways to vote. Either
method will require your active participation-in order to mail
in a vote you must take the completed form to a notary and mail
it in. The other method is to go to a local polling center,
but there are only 7 located throughout the state, and
therefore may not be accessible. The votes must be in the mail
by Saturday, and the voting centers are only open on Saturday.
This will be the only opportunity to vote, and I am asking you
to post this letter to your member sites, and ask you help
encourage people to participate and to vote.

I realize this is not a trivial thing, but it is the only way

I expect there will be others to come forward as we continue to

Mail-in votes must be postmarked no later than this SATURDAY,

Centers will be open ONLY this Saturday, October 10th between
