1. Treasurers report:
a. helping our alternate delegate candidates.

2. Comments on the election.

3. The direction of the Ron Paul Meetups. I need input from everybody before Eric Johnson and I go to the Harrisburg meeting on 6/14/08. The Harrisburg meeting will feature meetup organizers from all across Pa. with the hope of keeping the network intact and having a common agenda. As I have said before, I believe we need to focus on:

a. Education.
b. Issues advocacy.
c. Developing /supporting candidates for local and state offices.

There were one or two other items we had talked about and we need to get them back on the table. The floor will be open for new ideas and I'll probably ask for some sort of vote on which we support.

4. Closing comments - the Doc's new book is #1!!!!

    • “ Momentum great. Multiple talents and backgrounds in this group encouraging. We have a tightly focused immediate goal consistent with longer term goal, opposition to Real ID. We need to come up with a strategy to overcome the opposition to H.B. 1351 (Rendell and the assembly leader). There is an inconsistency between the Democrats national campaign which criticizes the Bush Administration's trampling on civil rights and the actions of state Democrats who are doing everything possible to support Bush's policies. This could be very embarassing for Rendell who has national aspirations. ”
