A message from Steven about a Local Debate over measure 2C and Issue 300

Colorado Springs PPEC members—

For you more politically active members who live here in the Springs, this is a debate that might be worth attending. If you look at the bottom you’ll see that it’s sponsored by a veritable “who’s who” on the left. The sponsors are probably hoping to pack the room with leftists, if some of you can attend and balance out the crowd that would be wonderful.

Colorado Springs Ballot Measure and School Board Candidate Forum
What: This lively forum will include pro and con speakers and audience questions about Colorado Springs ballot measures 2C and 300, and presentations by school board candidates from District 11 and District 2.

Measure 2C - Pro: Councilwoman Jan Martin, Con: Andy McElhany
Measure 300 - Pro: Douglas Bruce, Con: Councilman Scott Hente
