Meeting Description: Hello Everyone,

We're coming down to the wire. We are closer and closer to the 5th Congressional and State Conventions. We will be working, training and planning out Parliamentary Procedure.

Agenda:

1) Discuss More Robert's Rules (bring any question you may have).

2) Delphi Technique.

This will be a very simple but yet very important meeting.

Beyond technique, do we have any specific strategies we will employ? We're getting real close here and I'm more interested in why and when we would employ parliamentary procedure to support Ron Paul, than I am in merely adding parliamentary procedures to my skill set.

I'd like to see it broken down to, "if they do X, then we need to do Y because of Z". Do we already have objections prepared in advance for the expected X's that we'll see?

I guess, I'd like to get away from theory and start focusing on the whys, whens and whats. When it comes to things like remembering to say "Mr. Chairman", well I can write that stuff on my hand (and probably will).
