Schedule
On Monday, students must check in between
3 p.m. and 4 p.m.: the conference activities begin at 4 p.m. The remaining conference days begin at 8 a.m. with breakfast, followed by three hours of teaching. The afternoons feature two more hours of teaching, along with small group meetings and free time. There are two more hours of instruction in the evening and a time for fellowship and games. The conference concludes Saturday morning after breakfast.
Attendance
Students, unless ill, are expected to be on time and attend each talk. Students under the age of 18 may not leave the conference grounds except in the event of an emergency; those who are age 18 or over may not leave unless they obtain permission.
Arrival and Departure
Attendees are responsible for their travel plans, however, the WCWC staff will assist with complimentary transportation to and from the San Jose airport and with lodging before and after the conference, if needed. Please contact us before July 17th if you want to make such arrangements. Students and their families are welcome to attend services at Reformed Heritage Church on Sunday before or after the conference, and to share a meal and fellowship with us after the services.
Conference Staff
Counselors and a pastor will be present to advise students. A nurse will be available. The speakers are often available for lively discussions before
and after lectures.
