The Virginia elections are over! We'll meet to discuss our next campaign. I'd like to make an effort to attract new people into the Campaign for Liberty/meetup. We'll discuss recruitment strategies. Also, we'll plan for an Audit the Fed event in Alexandria to educate the public about it. We can hold a lecture and bring a speaker to Alexandria. Many ideas and things to discuss.

People will rally in front of Rep. Jim Moran's district office in Alexandria this Saturday.
With other people, we will protest government spending, bail-outs, Obamacare, etc
Congressman Jim Moran has not cosponsored
H.R. 1207, Audit the Fed. We will remind Congressman Moran to cosponsor
H.R. 1207!!

We're holding a mid-August meeting to hear local delegate candidate, Matt Cholko, for Delegate 39th District! I hope we can garner attention and support for Matt Cholko whether it's door-knocking, phone calls, or handing out campaign literature, etc. For more information, please go to the website. A brief meeting to discuss new developments and plans for the June blitz of
H.R. 1207. We will arrange new dates for signature gathering. We're meeting on Wednesday due to the three day weekend and Monday being a holiday.

There will be Grassroots training offered to members and people involved
in the Campaign for Liberty, meet-up, etc within Alexandria-Arlington-Falls
Church, Fairfax, etc. From 10am-2pm, with lunch provided, Steve Bierfeldt with the Campaign for
Liberty will offer us training tactics on how to carry the message of liberty
to people, door knocking, flyers, etc. Steve is also coordinator for Arlington. This is an excellent way to gain insight and training that you may not know.
It's also a good way to meet other liberty activists working for the same goal. The cost is $5.00 and show up 10am sharp. It's accessible by car and metro.
The building is across the street from the Clarendon metro. There is parking garages next to the
building and free parking on the street.

We are holding a meeting in March to establish an agenda for Spring 2009. Bailouts for companies
are still occurring. Government plans more stimulus down the road. In addition, we need to get people
to urge Moran to audit the Federal Reserve, HR 1207 and put huge public pressure on him. Come to the meeting with ideas. Momentum is gaining.

Agenda: Evaluate our first action of 2009 against the bail-outs and other stuff. Guess what...the bail-outs aren't over! GM/Chrysler want over 39 billion in Government money! Who will be next? I wish I can buy a new car, but I will not ask the government for it!
