“ I was saddened by certain power players in the REC who convinced others that if our members did not pledge to vote for McCain then we were not welcome. Obviously people there are still blinded by the label of Republican or Democrat. I don't agree with or understand how people, who claim to support the Constitution and the American people, will use and support Communist ways against their fellow citizens. Forcing a person to vote against their conscience and solely based on a label is not what a Republican should truly stand for. I will continue to attend the REC meetings because I know there are many who are willing to discuss differences and similarities. I was impressed that the overall meeting was kept civil and that everyone kept their opinions at a low roar. Please continue to attend this meeting. The people there really need to hear more truth than what they are receiving. Be ready to support your opinions and statements. ”
