Revolution March and Rally (July 12, 2008)
We are looking into the possibility of organizing one or more buses to transport us to the Revolution March and Rally in Washington D.C. on July 12th. We need to know how many people would be interested in traveling by bus. In order to assure we arrive in time for the pre-rally march (which many may want to participate in) we may need to plan for a 6:00 A.M. departure time.
We are still exploring pricing and expect costs to be around $30 to $45 per person (less than a tank of gas). It depends on the overall costs for the bus with fuel and the number of people participating. It will be cheaper for everyone if we can fill out the bus.
Please RSVP now to let us know you are interested in catching a ride on a Bus. We need to assure we have sufficient space reserved for everyone. It is possible that we may need to set a cutoff date, after which it may become more difficult to assure sufficient seating to accommodate more riders, so please RSVP now if you want to take advantage of this opportunity.
We will endeavot to update this event with times, costs and loading locations as more information becomes available.
