Didn't I interview you in Hollywood??? You were awesome to talk to and I was really bummed to find out that the video camera didn't get the whole interview. Maybe we can do it again, one day in the future. You are a great example for our meetup groups to follow. Your call center was set up so professionally and it was exciting to hear the phones ringing off the hook when Lisa and I were there this past January.
