Obama Crimes website PDF

Folks ~ after a Meetup Group conference call tonight I visited the Obama Crimes website and scanned through a PDF of the dismissal of Phil Berg's legal efforts to remove Obama for not being a natural born citizen. While I'm no lawyer and have yet to read it thoroughly, yet I couldn't help but be appalled how on page 12 of the above order it states in part:

"“[A] voter fails to present an injury-in-fact when the alleged harm is abstract and widely
shared or is only derivative of a harm experienced by a candidate.” Crist, 262 F.3d at 193;
Jones, 122 F. Supp. 2d at 717 (holding that harm experienced by “Plaintiff(s) and all other
American citizens” was too “undifferentiated and general nature” to confer standing on voters)
(emphasis in original). (B)The alleged harm to voters stemming from a presidential candidate’s
failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements of the Natural Born Citizen Clause is not concrete or
particularized enough to constitute an injury in fact sufficient to satisfy Article III standing."

How treacherous and egregious for the court to rule that any one citizen would not have sufficient harm and/or lack 'standing' to dismiss the facts, as seems to have been the case here. This is a perfect example of our legal system blatantly favoring the established powers and tyrannical forces over WE THE PEOPLE. Utterly pathetic, although it begs the question of just what the Founding Fathers would have envisioned be done in such a unique yet important set of circumstances as are now before us. Any Constitutional scholars out there?
