Wouldn't that be a great headline to read! Lets make it happen!

On March 21st Mathew Mosk of The Washington Post,
http://blog.washingto...
reported that Sen. John McCain has officially broken the $54
million dollar spending limitation imposed by the presidential
public financing system.

At the link below you will find a Microsoft Word document drafted
by our Connecticut Coordinator. It is formal complaint to the
FEC to investigate McCain's violation. If we flood the FEC with
complaints they will have to take notice. Do not delay and file
your complaint with the FEC TODAY!!! If McCain gets bumped out of
the race... Ron Paul could rise to the foreground! ... and it only
takes one print out and a $0.41 stamp.

UPDATE:
Looks like the FEC is going to be busy for a while, over 2410
downloads of the McCain FEC Complaint letter!

Just a few tips for filing your complaint:

Remember, complaints to the FEC must be notarized before sent,
and these notary services are free and available at your local
bank!

(i recieved this email from Gary Franchi at RestoretheRepublic.com..)
i'm sending my letter, how about you?

The Federal Election Commission at this time does not have enough present members for a quorum. There are at least four members terms who have expired and not been replaced. Yes, what you have said is true about the recess, appointments being held up by the Democrat Senate. It is very sad that Republicans in the Senate did not stand up against Clinton during Congressional recesses. The Republicans have also lost three special election Congressional races which is pretty scary for the country.

And that's because the Democrats in Congress are intentionally dragging their feet to fill those FEC slots. And why not? No quorum for the FEC means they have free reign to do whatever campaign shenanigans they like without govt. oversight.

Got to give President Bush credit. He's got nominees to the FEC before the Senate but they are determined not to confirm any of them. And when the Congress adjourns for their next period of time off, the Senate will remain in session just to prevent him from making recess appointments.

Our Republic is so screwed if Hillary or Obama get in with even larger Democrat majorities in Congress.angry
