An opportunity to have lunch with the chairman of the St. Joseph County GOP

Hi Folks,

I just came from a meeting for the new Young Republicans group for St. Joseph county (yeah, I know, I'm on the older end of the young Republicans scale), and had a conversation with Chris Riley, the chairman of the St. Joseph GOP, afterward. He has known of my being a Ron Paul supporter for awhile now, and he asked me tonight if I could get together a group of libertarian leaning people to meet him for lunch some time and talk about how they could get involved in the local GOP. He says that he comes from a pretty libertarian point of view himself, and he believes that segment of the Republican party was stronger in the early 90's than it is now, and he'd like to see it return to being more of a factor.

So I'd like to know who would be interested in a friendly meeting with him to talk about that. I see this as a great opportunity for those of us who want to be able to change the party from within over the long term. If you live in St. Joseph county and this is something you would like to be a part of, please email me back ASAP. And when you do, please let me know of what time and day of the week would be best, I wouldn't assume it has to be strictly lunch.

I'd like to get an idea of the number of people who are interested in this so I can get back to Chris, and then set something up.
