Recently there has been an undercurrent of defeatism creeping into our meetup group. Phrases like "we can't win" and "it's time to prepare for dark times" are creeping into emails and postings. Please refuse to accept these. Why? Because we are finally turning this situation around!

Not since the Riflemen of the American Revolution stood up to the British Regulars has the movement towards liberty been so strong. Not since the battles of Lexington and Concord have as brave a group of people stood together against tyranny. Now is not the time to break ranks. It is a time for us to engage the enemy!

Ron Paul has sounded the muster call. We've answered that call. Let's march together towards victory. It doesn't matter what role we play. What matters is that we play a role.

Every effort is right if it takes the battle in the pro-liberty direction. Work to reform the Republican party. March on Washington. Rally in Minneapolis. Support local pro-freedom candidates. Join Bob Barr and the other Libertarians. Fight against the local tax referendum.

Now is not the time for defeatism, it is the time to stand up and inspire others to join us!
