I was told by a political representative that every one who speaks out for a cause, represents in the minds of politicians, 100 people. Everyone is needed, so join.

It doesn't take a majority, but an irate minority keen on setting brushfires in the minds of others!!!

To increase awareness of others to government excesses and deviation from the Constitution as unlawful and contributing to the destruction of America. Do something to counter the decline of Liberty and America as we knew it.

This meetup group is doing some important work in trying to get a constitutional champion elected to high office in an effort to turn this country around in the right direction. Ron Paul is an important man and his supporters are good people with the best interests of the country at heart. I'd recommend this to anyone looking to support Ron Paul's candidacy or just someone looking for an interesting discussion on U.S. foreign policy, income tax theory or other important issues.

People should consider joining the meetup because it is a great way to meet people who are also concerned about our country and want to find out what they can do to help solve our problems.

Most of the people I meet are as frustrated with our government as we are and know little, if anything, about Ron Paul. When they learn about him they admire him and what he is trying to do. All the more reason for everybody in our meet-up group to help reach the uninformed before the May primary. Watching the RP videos online or dvds motivates me. Give it a try. Consider what is at stake for your family and friends. Good exercise with companions of a common cause.

I know we haven't grown as large as some of the other meetup groups around the country but I feel as though there is a core of believers here that can form the backbone of a more organized and effective organization for promoting libertarian/conservative values down the road. I hope to see us use this campaign as a learning experience for future endeavors at the local, state, and national levels. As Ron Paul has said several times, this isn't about him, it's about the message and he needs those of us who are younger to carry the torch.
