If you haven't heard about it yet, here are the details of Gov.  
Douglas' VT economic stimulus plan.  I think the only part I can agree  
with is the week-long sales tax holiday, but would be interested in  
hearing what others have to say.
Hope people can make it to Ben's on Monday.
